Oaklodge provide a very caring environment for their residents. Great carers . Good Food. Very clean hygiene standards. Lovley accomadation. Friendly staff and management. My mum is extremely happy here. I am happy with the quality of care they provide. It is a very relaxed and comftable
environment. They make sure all the residents needs are met. My mum has been at oaklodge for nearly a year now.

My mother has lived at Oak Lodge since last October. The manager has really got things up and running and I've seen continous improvements. It's a small home, which gives it a cosy feeling and has a lovely garden with new patio area.I was allowed to decorate my mum's room with her own artwork and
pictures. Some rooms are larger than others.The food and nutrition is good, clothes are washed every day, hairdresser every two weeks, activities weekday mornings and it's a impeccably clean home. Staff always inform me of any concerns or medication changes.
Recently we had a birthday party for Mum in the garden, Oak Lodge did a lovely buffet and we had a 12 guests. Family and friends are encouraged to visit and get involved. Most importantly for me, Oak Lodge has an open door policy which means I can go anytime without ringing ahead. I see mum a few times a week, take her out often and am always made to feel welcome.

My Mum was one of the first residents at Oak Lodge last year. I was very nervous as to how she would settle in. The management and staff have consistently been wonderful towards my Mum. She now appears very relaxed and settled there. I am very happy with the level of care towards my Mum.

My mother has been a resident since last summer. She's happy and well cared for, which is a great relief to me, as she had several falls in her previous sheltered accommodation. Although the staff are busy, they are always attentive, kind and very helpful.

The Manager and staff put on a wonderful party today for my mother's 100th birthday, we all enjoyed it very much especially my mum. They laid on a lovely buffet and made a beautiful cake, they even hired a DJ. My mother moved into the home about last October and she settled very well and enjoys
living there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much to everyone for a lovely party x
