I'm so delighted to be able to give a review on the bluegrove care home. Honestly I was a carer for my dad and before he went into a care home I viewed quite a few in the south London area. Bluegrove care home is hands down the best I've ever come across the staff are amazing my mother who is a resident there is very difficult to deal with and they handle her so well I would call it magic. I have personally heard and seen incidents in the care hole which are very challenging to do with the staff there are so professional and so well trained dealing with situations in such a successful respectful careful manner. I'm pretty sure by now I've met everybody the managers are all super light so helpful so professional you have to wonder do they ever have a bad day. I would recommend this care home to anybody who wants their loved ones to be looked after in a very high respectful professional manner.

Friendly care staff always stop for a chat while I'm there, Mum likes them all and they like her. Verry happy overall keep it up.

I work myself in a Nursing home and I can say I was very impressed with the care and *** of the staff. My uncle is end of life and I asked if he could go back to the home to spend his last few months there 100% YES so Happy

My mother has been resident in Bluegrove for 6 months. In my opinion she has experienced excellent care and is well looked after by all of the team for which they have my greatest thanks. My mother appears to be very happy there and we are certainly made welcome on every visit.

The care home staff are very passionate about what they do,they are caring and attentive towards the clients they look after,attending to all there needs,showing compassion to all,dealing with activities ,helping with feeding,showering . The staff all have bubbley personality's nothing is to much trouble .

I would like to take a moment to share my thoughts on Bluegrove Agincare home where my friend resides . As a family friend it is essential for me to express my appreciation for the care he received. From my first visit I was impressed with the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere ,The manager's,The staff's are exceptionally friendly. I would like to say thanks to everyone at Bluegrove Agincare.

My grandmother has been a resident at Bluegrove since late 2024 and we are extremely happy with the care she is given. All the carers are very friendly and are always have a smile to greet you. They have various ongoing activities throughout the week and the christmas carol singers at the christmas party was a treat! Communication is great and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend!

My aunt has been at Bluegrove House for eighteen months and is really settled there. She has made friends and is happy and very well looked after by the kind and caring staff. All the staff are friendly and always have time to speak and give any help and advice when asked. Thank you for looking after her so well.

My father has been at the home for two years now. The experience thus far has been very positive and we are extremely grateful to the staff for making my father's stay here a comfortable one. The staff are very attentive and caring which we truly appreciate.

I am very happy with Bluegrove House as a home for my good friend. The staff are warm and friendly and make an extra effort to make sure that she is well and her needs are met. They are careful at keeping an eye on any changes to her health and any concerns have been attended to promptly and recorded. My friend loves the food there and her room. I am always happy to see members of staff making her smile.

My mum came to the care home on 22nd February 2023. She was in another care home for 2.5 years until September 2022. She wanted to come home, she hated it, crying and depressed. She was in her own house from September 2022 to 22nd February 2023, but depressed, lonely etc. Since going to Bluegrove, she is thriving, happy, laughing and loves it there. Thank you Bluegrove, you have given my brother and i our lives back, in four years. The care team are wonderful, the manager always caring, everyone cares. Thank you.

My nan was in another care home but was not happy there. Since arriving at Bluegrove House she has been thriving and is really enjoying her days here. It’s such a relief to see her happy and cared for. The staff are extremely caring, engaging and supportive. She is enjoying the facilities and activities and so my nan and her family could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Since my mum moved to Bluegrove she has been shown such care and kindness from the carers and that level of care was exceptional when my mum became very unwell. They didn't only show a high level of care and compassion towards my mum, they were very supportive with the same level of care and compassion to us at a very worrying time. They kept us informed of any changes which was so reassuring to know while we couldn't be with her. We are so lucky to have our mum living at BlueGrove and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Highly recommend Bluegrive House, with exceptional care, health providers and social needs. If you have any anxieties or fears about your decision to make this big move for a loved one, the level of staff abilities is good, great and exceptional. My mum is on end-of-life care now, and as the changes happened, they were identified, prepared, and ready for the change to act accordingly. Excellent managed home from beginning to end.

Excellent staff, friendly, excellent food and a good TV lounge. Excellent private room with toilet and shower, give good advice with the problems my mother has.
