My mum is well cared for and staff are aware of her needs. Staff are loving and friendly and attentive to residents. Activities are ongoing and residents are encouraged to participate (no matter their ability). The home is always clean and fresh. I am extremely satisfied with my mum's care.

Westport Care Home has a very strong leadership dedicated to doing their best for every resident. The staff appear to be well trained and very attentive to the residents with their approach to care. They have varied activities, and consideration is given to individual needs and capabilities
regarding food. There is a strong emphasis on earth residents' dignity, safety and choice.

The staff at Westport are excellent. My mother receives great care in a very open and relaxed environment. My mother is able to wander within the property and the open surrounding garden spaces. This suits my mum very well as she is a very active person.

West port Care Home is a good care home. Residents are well looked after and the home is nice and clean. The home has welcoming atmosphere and good home cooked food is served plentiful.

The staff are always welcoming and approachable. They respond to general queries and assist when required. They notice when residents need assistance and the care is superb. They communicate respectfully when dealing with the residents. Personally I never feel that I can't approach them and they are
always smiling and willing. My cousin is cared for here.Thank you.

My brother in law has been living here (in respite) since March whilst awaiting his permanent accommodation to be made safe. I have visited friends who sadly need care and Westport Care Home is by far the best care home. I am very very impressed with everything - the rooms, lounge area, garden and
especially the caring dedication of the staff. Thank you for looking after my brother in law so well. I really can't fault it. It is such a nice friendly atmosphere.

One staff member in particular is a lovely person, very caring and considerate. I came up unannounced and saw this staff member sitting with my mum and spending quality time with her, which made me feel very comfortable in leaving that day as I'm very anxious and like the way they are with my mum.

I really cannot fault this care home. All the workers are absolutely lovely and always take really good care of my mum. They are really caring, have a lot of patience and are always happy to help. My mum has been really content here over the years and is always happy and absolutely loves living
here.

Westport Care Home is a friendly and well-managed, caring family home. It's a supportive caring home with love and understanding. I highly recommend to other people. Well done to management and team members.

My aunt has been here for many years. From the moment she arrived here the atmosphere was warm and friendly. It feels very much like home from home and the staff are exemplary! The care home is always very clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble and if my aunt has any problems I am immediately
notified. I cannot recommend here enough and it is with gratitude to the staff how they care for my aunt.
