Overall a comfortable place nice rooms and lounge. Fresh cooked food though are rather small for me. Staff are very helpful and caring. District nurse and GP visits are properly arranged.
I had a bad feeling about coming here but no, I felt so welcomed here, loved by everyone in all ways, always helpful in everyway made my life so better all round. Glad to have met all the people here, had a lovely time with all.
I find the staff friendly and caring of my cousin. I find the building clean and well run and has a general feeling of calm.
I moved to the care home on Tuesday. It is a nice place. The staff are all good to me. The staff are very good and the food is very good.
Everything was done professionally.
As a first time user of such services was pleasantly surprised by friendliness of staff and helpfulness.
He is not east, willful, but at Norton House he's calm, safe and comfortable, wonderful home.
I have found Norton House to be very clean, tidy and homely. All the staff are really welcoming, friendly and always have a smile on their face. And they go out of their way to be kind and helpful. This applies equally to their relationship with visitors as well as residents. The activities that I have seen have been varied, engaging, well-organised and well-staffed. All of this has meant that my friend has settled in very well. And already appears to feel very much at home.
Norton House staff are very caring.
I am happy at Norton House.
My sister's health has improved dramatically, as has her mobility and moods. Very happy with the care my sister received.
I find Norton House to be an excellent care home. Each time I visit I feel very welcomed and kindness by the staff. The resident I am visiting has made remarkable progress. She is looking very well from the care she is receiving. I have recommended Norton House to some elderly friends who need help. I find it to be a lovely caring home.
The experience has been very inviting and friendly as well as being helpful and responsive at all times.
In the care homes I've resided the last three years, I found Norton House by far the best home. The care and attention to personal well being is first-class.
Very happy - nice people. Do enjoy activities.
I would give this place full marks, I mean the staff are nice in general and fun. I like the GP visiting every week, she is fun.
I'm happy with everything. Cannot complain. Staff are good and care very good. Find no problems at all.
This morning I attended the art history discussion with the residents. Three very knowledgeable experts showed images of different styles of art and led conversations about what the artist intended and what we could see - including describing it for the benefit of a resident who was sight impaired. It was a wonderful session. Norton House staff continue to be as kind and as caring as the very first day we visited. I could not be more grateful to everyone at Norton House!
My sister was very lucky to get here. She has nor always been lucky but this was one of her good moves.
