The home is lovely, staff are approachable. Standard of care is very good.

Mum moved into Northbourne Court in December 25. We are really happy with the standards here. The accommodation is fine. The big plus is the staff who are caring and seem to do their best for the residents.

We are very happy with the care our mum receives and how she is treated with such care and dignity. They have truly got to know her and her needs and act accordingly.

The staff are attentive and caring, always ensuring dad is comfortable and well looked after. The home is clean and modern creating a pleasant environment with activities offered pleasant and engaging. As a family the home provides us with a safe and welcoming space to visit. Dad especially enjoys
the food, we sometimes feel there could be more staff but this no way reflects on the excellent care provided which is outstanding.

We had a lovely afternoon and the lunch was perfect. It made an afternoon visit memorable and we both hope it will be repeated later next year (easter?).

I am so happy my wife (Christine) feels so content here and is being cared for all the staff are very courteous and show so much compassion. The xmas lunch was so well organised, compliments to all the staff involved, especially Deanne and the chef! Well done.

We came and had a lovely Christmas lunch with my mum at Northbourne care home with my mum. It was a really lovely afternoon and great ti spend a lovely day with mum at a special time. Thank you to Deanne and team for such a special afternoon.

The resident had a birthday. All other residents were singing so there was a jolly atmosphere with all the staff available joining in.

On our visit we found the staff very friendly, and excellent, very helpful and made our visit a pleasure to be there, they could not do enough for us.

Dad is happy here, the staff are always helpful, friendly and approachable.

Always welcome, clean, warm, tidy. Staff know residents and relatives and have good relationships with relatives and residents. Grandad appears very settled and content which is all we can ask for.

The staff at Northbourne are amazing work so hard. Very understanding of residents who can be challenging in their behaviours. I can't recommend them enough.

Over all only satisfactory. Would like to hear more please and thank you to residents. I strongly disagree with changing residents into night clothes at 4pm in the afternoon and then returning them to the lounge especially when visitors are present. I have worked as a night sister in a nursing home
so have very high standards and expectations.

When visiting Northbourne Court last May 2025. I found all the staff very welcoming and caring. My partners mum was very happy and content. The home was clean and tidy. Thank you at (NBC) for provinding a safe enviroment and all the empathy you show to the residents.

I am so pleased with the care my mother received. Each time I visited I always notice how clean and happy she is. The team at Northbourne Court are really kind, professional and caring. I will give them a 5 star for everything they do.

My mum is cared for well by all staff members, she is happy and content living in Northbourne Court. All staff are pleasant and always greet myself and family members when visiting. Staff on reception are Lovely and very informative, always there to answer any questions or queries that may arise.
I'm very happy my mother is living in NBC.

My Mother is receiving the best care possible. The carers are kind and caring and it makes me at peace knowing how well she has been cared for.

Have nothing but 100% praise for the care attention and most importantly the love given to my Dad.
The carers certainly are care personified and the residents are encouraged to join in all the activities of which there are many. This obviously helps with their physical and mental health.
I am
very pleased with the choice of this care home after a very hard decision we all have to make.

All the staff in my uncle's suite know him well, treat him with respect and you can see they care for him. They are always polite and make me feel welcome. We like that we can take him to the communal area by the lifts where it is peaceful and he can play the piano if he wants to. Due to not having
teeth, he has to have pureed food which he isn't keen on but will eat when he is hungry.
