Three Willows looked after mum for the last year of her life. The Manager and her staff do an outstanding job and we were very grateful that Mum was able to spend her final months here. The care and compassion shown by all members of staff was very comforting to us.

Mum spent the last six months of her life at Three Willows, becoming a resident just before the COVID lockdown. My sister and I are so pleased that this is the home we chose, as Mum was very happy here, and although admitted to hospital shortly before her death was able to return for the last few
days of her life, when the care was wonderful, and we were able to visit and say goodbye. Communication was always excellent, and we were kept informed of how things were going for Mum throughout; the end-of-life care was outstanding too. Thank you to everyone who works there. Above all, I would say that this is a care home that genuinely cares.

My Dad was very fortunate to spend the last ten months of his life alongside my Mum (already resident at Three Willows). Having visited Mum for the previous three years in the home, it was very reassuring for my sister and I and, indeed, Dad to already trust to the high quality of care and
attention that the staff there provide. The staff cared for Dad with great sensitivity and understanding, allowing him to retain an appropriate level of independence whilst recognising the different needs of both my parents and ensuring they were both as safe and happy as possible. The manager of the home always ensured that my sister and I were kept informed about relevant changes in Dad's health or condition and we, in turn, felt very comfortable to discuss his care openly and honestly with her. The homely and genuinely caring environment created by the staff is no accident and I would recommend Three Willows Care Home unreservedly to other families and their loved ones.

The staff are very caring and friendly to residents.
Family and friends are always looked after when visiting. If there are any queries they are very helpful and easy to talk to.

Three Willows has provided very good and effective care for my aunt, providing for all her needs and support with her daily needs. All members of staff are very kind to those in their care.

My mum is extremely well cared for by wonderful staff and any issues are promptly dealt with. The manager is always available and a very much open-door policy is in operation. My mum has been a resident for more than nine years and as her daughter, I have no worries about her safety or about how she
is treated. The staff are kind and patient with my mum and she is treated with dignity. My mum always goes on the outings and enjoys the annual boat trip.
The bedrooms and communal areas have been renovated recently and it looks wonderful. The home is clean and I have never experienced any odour issues. The lovely thing about Three Willows is that it is a small home so it is more resident centred. I have peace of mind and Mum is settled and they understand her as an individual, which is so important.

Three Willows has provided excellent and effective care for my mother, providing for all her needs and support with her daily needs. They also provide great opportunities for her to continue in the lifestyle she is accustomed with very good community access and recreational activities.

Overall the care and the friendliness of staff is excellent, and my father has had no trouble in fitting into the home and is very comfortable there.

Overall a very good service provided to the service users who are under the court of protection. The staff are very helpful and polite and provide several activities for the service users.

My mother has been here since March 2018, I cannot fault this place, the staff are lovely, my mum is well looked after. We looked at a few other places but this is by far the best.

I would like to put on record my thanks and appreciation to all the team at Three Willows, for making my mother going in to care a lot easier than expected. The care offered is friendly, caring and nothing is to much trouble. As my mother says, these guys deserve a medal. It is impossible to put
into words the comfort I feel knowing these guys are looking after my mother at this time.

I regularly speak with two members of staff in particular and have found the communication to be excellent. They run a tight ship, a good professional service. My mum is happy there and feels safe and secure.

Our mother was very fortunate to spend her final year and a half residing at Three Willows. She had dementia and had got to the point whereby she could not look after herself anymore and had stopped eating and drinking. After being released from hospital she was welcomed into the home and the staff
took up the challenge to help her get back on track and to eat a normal healthy diet. After much persistence, success was achieved and our mother with the support and care of the team was able to join in the full range of social activities and eat healthily. The home is small and exudes a very personal friendly ambience amongst residents, guests and staff alike. The care and love given to our mother during her last few weeks from all the staff was outstanding. She was treated with dignity and respect up to the very end.

We feel very comfortable and confident with the care our aunt is receiving.
However, more importantly, our Aunt feels safe, happy at Three Willows.

Three Willows Care Home was highly recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. All members of staff are very kind to those in their care, as indeed they are to me and my wife when we visit my sister. The fact that we can visit at any time is much appreciated. My sister is very contented and
clearly well looked after.

After searching several Care homes for my friend, I found myself drawn back to Three Willows. The staff are very approachable and always put their residents first.
Over my friends stay they were kind and considerate to his needs, ensuring he has everything he needed. I was kept informed of any
changes and invited to visit as often as I wanted to.
When my friend's health deteriorated, they stepped up their care, giving him the time and additional care required, allowing him to stay around with his friends when times got tough. He was allowed to end his days with dignity and respect, with people who really cared about him. Three Willows gave us lovely memories to cherish, which I will never be able to thank them enough for.
