I have a relative in Tower House care home. I've visited a few times. The staff have not treated him great, being rude to him, mocking him. When mentioned to staff nothing is done and very vague about such a serious accusation. Today I spoke to the resident who said the staff are refusing to put the
heating on even though the resident is freezing cold. If you are not docile, it's a problem. The patients always look bored and unstimulated. I would hate to have to live there. I'm actually appalled!
