Made so much progress. Its fantastic in such a short time. Excellent care.

I had a great time visiting my mother. I found the staff looking after her very professional and helpfull. I am so thankfull that they look after so well.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I am kept informed when my sister is unwell or had a fall and get regular updated by phone. If there is an assessment to be carried out I would like to know in advance so that I can attend but I am usually informed of the outcome. Overall I am very
happy with my sister's care. She has been contented and flourishes in this environment.

Secure entrance, always greeted with a 'hello' and smile. Staff always introduce themselves or warmly acknowledge when arrive. My grandma is extremely well looked after, she is happy and very comfortable. The food is gorgeous and the variety as good as most hotels if not better. I've regularly
lunched here. Fresh vegetables every time it makes me happy to see how well Grandma is looked after and the other residents. Thank you.

Every time I visit the staff are welcoming and helpful. The lady I visit is always dressed nicely and looks happy.

The staff continue to take good care of my mother. She is bed ridden most of the time, but she is happy and comfortable.

Lovely, Lovely, attentive staff. Beautiful, clean care home, very homely feel.
Staff (all) are excellent and very professional, and nothing is too much trouble. My brother is very well looked after and happy in the home. Loves the food!
I am quickly notified with any falls or concerns, can't
fault! Highly recommended.

The staff are very kind and always happy and helpful, making sure the residents are comfortable. The activities are varied and fun, the residents seem to enjoy them, especially the singers, and my mother likes them.
I would like to see her room cleaner, but am aware it's a difficulty with her
personality.

My brother has been in care for 8 months. He is very happy and the staff are very friendly and helpful, I am very happy that he has settled in well.

I cannot commend the Donnington Care Home and its staff highly enough as in the 4 years my mum was there she was looked after with the utmost care, kindness, dignity and respect by he whole team and for that my family and I remain eternally grateful as my mum was able to live out the last years of
her life in relative comfort with round the clock care.

Confused at first but settling in now. Enjoys meals, always ready for a cup of tea, enjoys church service and activities.

Mum is content with carers and nursing staff. Overall an excellent service from every member of staff, from management to maintenance, activities to reception.

Mum is much more settled and feels more at home since moving in. The staff are very good at keeping the family informed.

I have been in charge of the resident's financial affairs for five years - he has been at The Donnington for 14 months now, having struggled on his own, and he is honestly living his best life at The Donnington. He is very popular with the staff, happy, and enjoys the company and excellent care he
receives.

I have known my friend for 23 years, in that time I looked after him as best I could. Since he has been in the home he seems a lot better in himself. He is eating well and enjoying the social side of the home. He looks well every time I come.

The carers are wonderful. They put Mum at ease as soon as she arrived. Her memory has improved since coming here and she loves the food.

In my experience this seems a very well-ran home. Many of the staff make time to talk to visitors and residents so they know them well and this helps with general morale. My friend is very well cared for in a friendly, cheerful and kind way.
