30/12/25 - came today to visit my auntie. It's so clean and organised, it has such a lovely friendly atmosphere here today. The staff are all working so hard to make it a lovely place to live.

Mum has been here 2 months. Staff very friendly and helpful. She struggles liking the food. Overall she has been happy here.

My Grandmother has been in the home for 3 months and is very happy. It has allowed her to have her own independence and is thriving well here. She always talks positively about her time here and the family enjoy seeing the photos on social media!

Happy to say the staff are excellent. Food is always good. Management is always helpful & kind. Safety is always a priority. I am very happy to be here.

From the first day of Mum arriving at Clara Court staff have been wonderful. Always kind to the residents and helpful to families. If they have concerns about anything they are very proactive in letting relatives know if there is any issue and always do their absolute best to resolve unexpected
problems. I have been so lucky to have my mother looked after over the years. She is now approaching the more final stages of her dementia but it is a great comfort for us all to know she is surrounded by love. Thank you.

Staff are always friendly & welcoming. Residents cared for well. Food incredible. Carers go above and beyond to give residents best experiences & activities. Clara Court is a wonderful care home.

Attended a get together on 23 Rd August at Clara Court for friends and relatives. It was yet another excellent function put on by Clara Court and all who attended appeared to have a good time seeing both their loved ones and the staff. It is another case of how the manager and her team really know
how to arrange these events...I am sure that many of the staff got involved in making this a successful morning but just to mention 2 of them who are involved in several events ..
Well done to the two members of staff and any others who did the hard work

My wife has been a resident since September 2024. Delighted how quickly she settled in with the friendly welcoming assistance of management and staff. She enjoys participating in a wide range of activities that are well tailored to her capabilities. Some issues do occur but these are discussed and
addressed by experienced staff with prompt effective remedies utilised. Good review system in place. My wife is comfortable and content.

My dad has recently joined the care home, we were welcomed at the door by the manager and 3 members of staff, everything was explained to us, we had a show around, its so lovely and clean. The manager and all her staff are amazing, we had so many questions, they were all answered, very professional
and families are welcome to visit at any time. The staff encourage my dad out to the other areas, he can be quite stubborn, all the staff are patient, kind and caring. He has settled so well and as a family we are happy that my dad is safe and well cared for, peace of mind for us. Thank you all so much.

My nan joined Clara Court late last year. My family and I were very concerned for her welfare living alone, with a recent diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia, she now needed to have access to 24/7 help if needed, which my family and I was unable to provide independently.
Clara Court was highly
recommended and my family and I cannot be happier with the care and treatment provided for my nan.
Upon entering the home, we are always greeted by reception, management, all care, laundry and kitchen staff.
My nan recently had a fall and we were informed immediately and kept up to date with progress every hour, the care and treatment not only to my nan, but to all the other residents is exceptional. All the staff go above and beyond to facilitate the resident along with their loved once when visiting, even offering my 6 year old son drinks and snacks which he will kindly accept without hesitation Thank you!

My dad is very content living at Clara Court. The staff are kind and very competent.
They keep us well informed and even look after us when we visit.
They handle all his day to day needs and are quick to call in the doctor if any of his ongoing medical issues arise.
I am happy that it is both a
good and safe environment for my dad's care and happiness.

The staff are brilliant so welcoming and friendly. The care they give each person is wonderful, very kind and reassuring. I am kept well informed of any problems or health issues that arise. My family that visit have commented how lovely the rooms are and they had enjoyed their visit.

Everyone at Clara Court is always attentive and helpful.
I particularly enjoyed the sports day, it was good to see other residents and relatives together.
It was well organised and good fun!

The manager at this care home is amazing, she goes above and beyond, as does her staff to ensure the residents and their families are happy and that their home is a comfortable, friendly, and safe place to be. I have a deep respect for all of the carers here who all work hard and sometimes in
difficult circumstances. The food always looks and smells good, there are always lovely cakes, etc. available for all which is a nice touch. The rooms and communal areas are always clean and welcoming.
