Our grandmother has lived at Icknield Court for some time now, and we continue to be deeply impressed by the standard of care she receives. The home is exceedingly well run - calm, organised and quietly professional. The staff are the heart of the home; genuine, warm and attentive in a way that never feels forced. They treat residents as individuals with patience and kindness. The building itself is clean, bright and spacious with plenty of comfortable corners for conversations or privacy. Our grandmother's room overlooks the courtyard garden where the resident muntjac sometimes wanders through, and red kites can be seen overhead - small details that bring real joy. Meal are excellent, both nostalgic and modern, and the activities programme is full and thoughtful. We especially like 'The Weekly Sparkle', the in-house magazine that keeps everyone connected and entertained. Located just minutes from Princes Risborough, Icknield Court offers genuine value, dignity and peace of mind. It feels like a place where people are truly cared for.

During the 2 years and 10 months resident at Icknield Court, my mother received excellent care and support from all staff.

The care team are amazing. Mum is very happy at Ickneild Court. The care mum receives is exactly what she needs to keep her safe and well. The team are alway attentive to individuals needs. The dementia care is excellent, adaptive to each personality. Highly recommend Ickneild Court. Thank you for everything you do for mum and dad to keep them connected and happy. xx

Mum had an extra 2 1/2 years by living at Icknield Court they gave her love and support throughout her time as a resident. I cannot speak too highly of their care. Brilliant!

Very happy with mum's care. She is always clean, and all her needs are met. Her room is always clean and tidy. Some belongings disappear, some turn up again, some don't, even though they are all labelled. Mum seems happy, which is our prime concern.l

My lovely dad has been with you for about 3 weeks, he is so much happier than his last home. Its so great to see him smile and have a laugh with all the staff. Thank you so much to house 4 for making him feel so comfortable, when I come for visits everyone is so great I feel complete peace.

My wife has not settled in well but this is due to her condition! The staff have worked hard to welcome her and get her to join in with their residents. I am impressed that the home has provided a room to allow her to entertain friends. My family considered this to be over and above what we expected. Many thanks for this.

I have had great support and kindness from all the staff since I came here early August on a temporary basis. It helped me to gain confidence and I have had a happy stay. I would recommend Icknield Court for respite care, as my experience here has been so good.

Mum has settled really well, and is happy. The staff have been very kind and efficient, and have looked after any eventuality. Mum and her family are so grateful for the care and professionalism at Icknield Court.

Very pleased with the overall care and communication with everyone at the home. Mum is very settled but still confused which is normal. I believe that her eating habits have improved.

My father enjoys the activities very much along with the food! He receives good care tailored to his specific needs. The regular family meetings are very useful and suggestions are actioned upon. The staff are very friendly, and professional. They show how well they know my father and how much they care. Thank you.

My husband spent 4 weeks here everyone was good. The only problem I had to ask after nearly 3 weeks was for him to have a shower and to empty his bin with stoma bags - very smelly.

I am very pleased that I chose Icknield Court for my parents' care. The care staff are kind and understanding of their care needs and are friendly and approachable. The rooms are clean and bright. There is a good choice of activities and visitors are made to feel very welcome. The atmosphere is homely and relaxed. I am happy to recommend Icknield Court.

I cannot fault the care and love shown to my mum's recent death. She loved the carers, I had no worries about her care, I was always kept up to date with any issues. She was so happy, always looked cared for, even to her nails and jewellery and regular baths which she loved. Thank you so much.

My mum has been a guest of Icknield Court Care Home since February 2023. At first, she was her grumpy self but in the last five months, never seen her happier, she is really settled which is great as she is a good mum. So thank you Icknield Court.
