Staff very friendly & caring for residents. Mam seems to have settled in & thinks she is at a holiday home. Lots of activities always going on.

We are extremely happy with the care our father recieves. We feel all his needs are met.

Excellent care home, all the staff are so nice in the care of my relative, all very tuned into her needs and treat her with great care and empathy. All areas of the home are always clean and tidy with everybody joining in with activities. Bedrooms are lovely and can be filled with resident's own
belongings to make them feel more at home. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

After being discharged several times by the hospital as medically fit (which she might of been) was not physically fit. The stay at Brooklyn House was part of a care package and from the very first minutes, the staff had taken control as the discharge from hospital had been incorrect. Once the
period of settling in, confidence, strength and rehabilitation was quickly established. The staff were all very attentive and caring. It was a very happy atmosphere and helped a great deal in the rehabilitation and return home.

From owners to maintenance man, everyone gets involved and delivers a very personal service to their "guests". I am a regular visitor and am treated with the same care and interest as the Brooklyn House "guests" receive throughout their stay.

From the moment my husband was placed in the care of Brooklyn House, my fears were erased. The staff took the time to explain the whole process and show me around. They take exceptional care of my husband and all the residents under their care.

My dad was at Brooklyn House for respite and was treated so well by staff, as was I. The staff were so down to earth, friendly and caring. Sadly he died whilst there but was really well cared for in his final days and would want to thank staff for all their efforts. All of the staff also supported
me magnificently well after I lost him and their kindness knew no bounds.

Our mother originally was a resident for respite care, but we decided that her care would continue as she was so well looked after. She was always kept clean and the staff always tried their hardest to make sure all of her needs were met. Mum was unable to feed herself so the staff liquidised her
food and fed her. Brooklyn House was always clean and never smelled. The rooms were nicely decorated and staff were always friendly and approachable. Our mother was in hospital for 2 months before going to Brooklyn House as she had a bad fall, she then went for respite care as she was so poorly after her fall when she was discharged from hospital. Unfortunately, our mother passed away due to deteriorating vascular dementia, but we would have continued to have her in Brooklyn House if this had not happened.

My dad has been living at Brooklyn House since mid-December. Whilst here the staff have been really helpful, pushing for the assistance Dad needs. They are also great at keeping us informed with what is happening to Dad.

When mum came to Brooklyn House she was taken care of very well, the staff were fantastic. Could be a bit warmer on colder days.

Auntie has been with this facility for a long time and they have provided her with comfort and care consistently. She always seems clean and the staff that I've met are lovely.

Over the extended period of time, I have always found the management very helpful and willing to assist. The staff and helpers are kind and understanding. The food has always looked good and well presented in the right manner very professional.
The only slight criticism I have is sometimes the
tidiness and the cleaning of the room needs improving. However, I and my sister are satisfied with the care home and would like to thank them for their care and support.

My father has been a resident at Brooklyn House for a year. The staff are truly amazing and they keep us well informed and are a lovely bunch of kind people. It's not the Ritz but it's clean and that's all you need.

The carers in the home are all great people and they are there for everyone, so it never becomes a problem to them as they all do their job very well 10 out of 10.

The staff at Brooklyn House have been so very helpful and accommodating to my dad. They are friendly and treat my dad with dignity. When visiting they are always on hand for a chat.
The manager is very understanding and open to conversation with us. Four members of staff are amazing and as a
family, we are very happy.

The staff at Brooklyn House have been very accommodating. Understandably having a loved one not around you every day is extremely hard. However, the care and attention given to my grandad have helped to build trust between this care home and our family. Thank you for giving us peace of mind and for
looking after our grandad.

Our cousin was made very welcome on arrival. The staff showed great patience with a, sometimes, difficult resident.
The management kept us fully appraised of our cousin's condition at all times. We were consulted on care matters and included in decision making for which we were very grateful.
