The staff are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A lot of activities are organised for the residents to keep them entertained and provide some exercise. The food always looks tasty and well presented.

Attended Eastham to visit relative. Good parking allocation. Pleasant, cared-for grounds. Welcomed at door, went into dining room, pleasant area to chat, plenty of chairs and some privacy. Went into lounge, quite roomy, comfortable chairs for residents. Staff friendly, offered refreshments - residents had drinks/snacks.

I couldn't be more grateful for the care and support my father-in-law received during his time at Eastham Care home. From the moment we first visited, we were struck by the warm, homely atmosphere and the beautiful, peaceful setting, it immediately felt like the right place. Knowing he was in such good hands gave us real peace of mind. We're so thankful to everyone at Eastham for creating such a nurturing environment and for all the kindness and dedication they showed every day. Highly recommended.

The care my father received in his time at Eastham was truly wonderful and I am so grateful to the hard working members of staff for everything they did for my dad. He was always happy here. We were all especially well taken care of during his final days. Heartfelt thanks to the team.

My dad was discharged to Eastham after a lengthy hospital stay. It was such a relief to see him in a homely environment where I was assured he would be safe. The building is light and the surrounding gardens are kept immaculately. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. The staff there come across as very professional, attentive and caring. I felt at ease and more importantly, so did my dad. Communication with the leadership team was prompt and thorough. I visited regularly and every time my dad was sitting in the lounge or dining room, joining in the activities. Dancing, singing or exercise. It felt busy and full of life. Although my dad wasn't well enough, plenty of the other residents took regular day trips out to various places in the area. Papermill lock, Burnham and Southend are some that I can remember. Many thanks to the team at Eastham.

I visited the home to see my friend who I grew up with when visiting the area. I was welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits. The staff were very welcoming as I had never been to Eastham before.

Friendly, kind, relaxed atmosphere with genuine care for all residents. He felt at home whilst here and will miss all of the staff. I couldn't of asked for anymore during his stay at Eastham. Thank you to everyone, a fantastic team.

All the staff have been superb, really caring and trying to encourage him to stand a and walk and eat. He has been very well cared for, they could not have done more for him. His room is lovely and so decorated in thoughtful way. The view from his window is spectacular and the grounds are beautiful.

My husband was admitted for a short respite for mobility and nursing issues. He has settled well and with the good care he is receiving is already showing improvement. We find all staff very caring and work well with them. The care home manager is extremely kind and helpful.

Although my mum was only at Eastham for a short time she was treated with dignity and respect. She was always clean and tidy. As visitors we were always greeted happily by the staff who I cannot thank enough. Eastham is a lovely home, always clean with beautiful views. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eastham to anyone.

This amazing home that looks after Mum so well, she is so happy - always dancing. Staff are doing a good job. The home is set in beautiful grounds, which Mum loves, especially in the summer.

Eastham has taken very good care of my dad, making sure that all his needs are catered for. The staff, every time I have come in, have been very friendly, attentive and make a great cup of tea, which I am offered every time!

My mother-in-law has been here since end of March 2024. We have always found the staff to be excellent and she is very well looked after. We follow their social media page and always pleased to see all the activities. She also really enjoys going out on the bus. The home is very well managed and exceptionally clean.

I am happy with everything at Eastham. It has a homely feel as it is a small home and all the care staff are lovely and attentive. I feel so welcome and at home at Eastham.
