We have been so fortunate to find Falcon House. From the moment my mother arrived her care has been outstanding. The staff are exceptional, so kind and caring, always have a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The home is well maintained, delicious food, cosy bedrooms and the communal areas
welcoming and comfortable. They have an excellent and varied weekly entertainment timetable with something for everyone. There is great respect and communication between staff and residents as well as with their families, I can't praise them enough.

This is a very caring place full of wonderful staff who have made my mother feel very comfortable here. She was reluctant to come into a care home at first, but the atmosphere, staff, food and activities soon drew her in. She has not looked back since coming.

Falcon House is staffed by an exceptional team of dedicated and compassionate professionals.The atmosphere is truly that of a home where each resident is treated with the utmost care, dignity and a sense of family. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and quality of care that they provide.
Beyond meeting the needs of the residents they also prioritise their happiness and well being creating an environment that is both supportive and joyful. The setting is welcoming rather than clinical and the staff's familiarly with family member adds a deeply personal touch that reinforces the feeling of being part of a close knit community.

Christmas time was made very special crafts pictures flowers wonderful Christmas meals with families. Such a wonderful atmosphere in this home so much care and compassion thank you all so much for caring for my mum first time in my life I have seen my mum's nails painted.

I have found the staff to be very welcoming, kind, caring and helpful. The atmosphere is upbeat and the staff are cheerful with a great sense of humour and teamwork. I feel confident that my mother is in very experienced hands, and feel I can relax in the knowledge that she is as safe as can be.

I cannot praise the management and staff enough for their support and total dedication to my mother. My father passed away in November 2023 and I will be forever grateful to them for the care provided to him.

Falcon House staff go out of their way to make each residents experience the best it can be. They involve family as much as possible ensuring a "Home from Home" atmosphere for residents and family alike. Nothing is too much for them and they are as accommodating as can be. Rooms are clean and cosy
as is the whole home with updated and improvements being made regularly. Our experience has been very positive and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Falcon House.

My dear friend of 99 has been a resident of Falcon House for the last nine months. Since being a resident her health and wellbeing have greatly improved. When visiting I am always so delighted to find her looking so well and cared for. She is treated with dignity, respect and kindness at all times.
The staff are amazing and will always go that extra mile to make sure she receives the correct care.
This is a small care home with a real family feel. I was recently invited to their Christmas party and had a great afternoon. I liked this home from the first day I went to look around. Everyone looked happy, and the atmosphere was full of warmth. I would go as far as to say this is the best home I have been in and that's a real compliment as my career has been in elderly care so I have visited many. Well done Falcon House on your outstanding care.

My father has been living at Falcon House for 2 years. I cannot fault anything. The staff go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and well cared for. The meals are excellent and ample. Keep doing what you are doing please.

Kind and empathic care which is hard to find in the care industry. Approachable staff, who keep you informed.
They go the extra mile - highly recommend. It is however, very expensive and I worry about what happens when the money runs out! I appreciate this is a system problem, not theirs. The
price did increase, which I thought was for 3 staff at night, it has now gone back down to 2?

The staff at Falcon House have faultlessly looked after my father for the last 2 years up to his death in November 2024.
I cannot fault their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

Always a 'home from home' atmosphere at Falcon House which is kept clean, tidy and odour-free by the 'always smiling' housekeeping team.
I was a guest at the annual resident's Christmas party which was a great affair with Christmas decorations, a raffle plus a great professional singer! It seemed
to be enjoyed by all.
The cooks managed to produce a tasty meal for over 50 people in an organised procedure where no one was left waiting too long and served at the correct temperature. It was also yummy!
The three-course meal was finished off with tea and a mince pie! Not a great diet day but very tasty! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Many have been there for many years and their experience and knowledge is always reassuring knowing that your loved ones are in safe hands.
The owner attended to greet everyone and in a thank you speech stated that this is the resident's home and that the staff are proud to work in their home, looking after them! Great to know that everyone really cares!

Very pleased that my relative is living here. The home is clean and well maintained with good communal areas including a lovely large and bright conservatory, and a large garden. The staff are friendly, kind and caring. There is a good variety of activities on offer and regular social events and
outings. Any issues or concerns I have are always addressed promptly. I feel that my relative and I are listened to and respected. I would be happy to recommend this home to others.

My mother has been a resident of Falcon House for nearly 6 years, in that time they have provided exemplary care to her which without I doubt she would be with us today. She has had falls and needed to attend hospital and no family members available to escort her. Staff members have stayed with her
in their own time to make sure she was not alone. I cannot recommend Falcon House highly enough.

Falcon House proved an absolute God-send when my mother needed time and space to readjust after 4 weeks in hospital following a fall. They were able to receive Mum within days of my enquiry and the newly refurbished room was spacious and well furnished. The personal care and attention shown to Mum
was exemplary and enabled her to feel safe and reassured as her mobility improved. All of the staff showed great consideration and were always ready to help with whatever Mum needed. The level of support given at Falcon House, and the homely atmosphere of the place, played a huge part in getting Mum to the point where she felt ready to go back home.

Falcon House, George Green, Little Hallingbury is a great home. My mum has been there for seven years and always receives high levels of care from all staff.
Lovely staff that seem to have persoanal interest in residents. Accommodation is good and always being improved! More like a hotal than
hospital which is great.
Nice gardens too.
