View Full Details of Lime CourtMy husband was sadly only in Lime Court for a short period of time, but was cared for well and his needs met. Most of the staff demonstrated a very good level of care and compassion, some were in my opinion outstanding in that respect. My husband was well presented, well dressed and clean. Staff ensured that he ate regular meals as he was mostly confined to be din the later stages of his life. I only have one 'niggle' ad that concerns the senior member of staff on duty the night he passed away. I felt that some of her comments following my husbands death were not appropriate or helpful. I would however recommend Lime Court to others.
My mums been here since March 2024. Shes unfortunately debilitated and incontinent and is being referred re dementia, as being her carer for so long its been a slog to hand over the reins, they have been fantastic with the care and patience, helping with wash and care needs there is activities daily and weekly games, christmas here is lovely all are involved, I highly recommend Lime Court for anyone.
My husband had a stroke 2022 since he had trouble with speech and has had heart problems. Recently he had an accident and at 86 decided life was just too difficult. He came in for terminally care. The staff were all dedicated from nurses to laundry staff, all I had contact with were so helpful. The day he died when I came in their were 3 staff settling him comfortably - all gently tucking him in with care and love. I would recommend anyone needing care to use Lime Court, it could not have given better care.
"The staff at this care home are absolutely wonderful. They always treat my nan with such kindness, patience, and respect, which gives us great peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after. The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and good home cooked food is served plentiful. One of the things we love most are the daily events and activities they provide - from games and music to crafts and social gatherings - there's always something to keep her engaged and smiling. It's clear that the team go above and beyond to make the residents feel happy and cared for, and we are truly grateful for everything they do.
My brothers & I had our Stepmother, who had advanced dementia & was bedbound, moved to Lime Court Care Home near myself, in Dovercourt, almost 3 years ago, after being very concerned about her care in a previous home, local to where she had resided. It was the best decision we could have made. She was so well looked after by the amazing, caring staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was always clean & we didn't have to make appointments to visit, just turned up, & with so many activities available for the residents. A lot of the staff have been there for many years. A testament to the management & level of care. I would highly recommend Lime Court to anyone who is trying to find the best place to have their loved ones in a comfortable, caring environment, and to be looked after so brilliantly. Thank you to you all Lime Court.
Lime Court is a wonderful care home. The staff are professional, kind, caring, friendly and always welcoming. Visiting is straightforward - flexible with dates, never a problem parking, and a staff member available to welcome us. Our dog was welcome, too! The entry and exit process demonstrated a keen attention to security and safety. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The care they provided to my step-mother in her final years was simply outstanding. Thank you Lime Court.
As a retired carer having worked in two care homes and private, also, having visited several different care homes I can honestly say Lime Court is one of the best. It's a home-from-home, with staff doing their very best to care and entertain the residents. As a volunteer, I'm very happy to be a small part of this lovely place.
You and your team put on a lovely Birthday celebration for my grandma, we were able to fill the room with family and we were welcomed, catered for and my grandma looked so happy. Your team do a fantastic job.
We celebrated our mum's 80th Birthday in Lime Court this last weekend. Staff had decorated a meeting room with balloons and a lovely Birthday poster with just a lovely photo of Mum. All the grandchildren were made welcome too. Celebrating this landmark Birthday well had been a worry for me so it is such a relief that the day went well.
My mother came here for respite. The staff made her very welcome and were understanding of her needs. As her daughter I am extremely pleased with her care.
I have been so pleased with the care my mum has received. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent. Overall very pleased.
Treated with respect by everyone. Nothing is too much trouble. Meals are excellent with good choice. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Plenty to join in during the day if you wish.
My experience with the care home is of a high standard. My father is treated with respect and dignity from the well looked after regarding cleanliness, food available and entertainment-wise. This is a safe environment and any issues are notified quickly. Would definitely recommend.
All staff are very friendly and happy and very nice place, the only thing that is wrong is the room is not clean well at all. My mum loves it there and it is very secure there, that is a good thing. The food there is nice and fresh made by staff.
I was worried about going to Lime Court it was a big step. I had no reason for this as it is lovely. The staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble no matter what time assistance is needed. The food is always freshly cooked and tasty. Washing is done daily so you never run short of clothes. Medication is given when due. It is one big family and very happy as can be.
The home is super welcoming and friendly. The staff are so attentive to the needs of my father. They are kind and caring and the whole home and team make you so welcome when I am visiting. I know my father is safe and well looked after in there. I cannot praise the home and management team enough for all they have done in supporting him during this change from his own home.
My father moved into Lime Court in February, he has dementia and struggled to adapt to his new environment. All staff were extremely kind and understanding, which has assisted him to adapt to his new home. I was kept fully in the loop with information and changes to his behaviour and felt reassured by staff that they would find a way to manage and support him with his transition into full-time care. The manager is present and available to talk to when required. I feel a weight has been lifted from my shoulders as I know he is being cared for.
The care given to my mother, and the support given to myself, has been wonderful. The staff work extremely hard and professionally to enable residents to feel safe, happy and comfortable.
Lime court staff make this care home a safe and friendly environment. I was reluctant at first as you can hear some terrible things about the stigmata of care homes but my fears were soon put to rest. My father is happier now than he has been since the passing of my mother. Lime Court is truly a diamond in the rough there are newer homes out there but you would be very hard-pressed to find one with such excellent care.
Fantastic care is given to all residents. Well organised and on the ball all of the time. The home is run with the utmost consideration to its staff and residents. Excellent care home with lovely staff care is second to none. Thanks for looking after my father who is a resident and keep up the great work. Thank you.
