Kind, caring staff from reception to carers to management. Activities amazing, always something going on. Clean and tidy, meals varied and to a high standard.

Lovely staff, clean environment, always having the residents participate in lots of different activities they really enjoy, great communication with the family and overall very satisfied with the services they provide. Would change nothing!

Always helpful staff. It was quite difficult when my brother first came in to Okeley Care Home. But he now seems calmer and seems happier.

Looking for a care home is a massive decision to make for a partner.
A visit to Okeley Care took all those worries away. The care here for my wife is above and beyond all expectations. So clean, comfortable, great selection of food and a dedicated team of staff. Well done, all. Could not ask for
more.

When you first enter the home it is very clean staff are very welcoming. There is always a wide range of activities for residents to enjoy. Staff are always willing to join in and interact with each other and residents.

My nan is very happy and settled here. All the staff are lovely and very good facilities. Staff always get residents involved and active with entertainment that they organise. Couldn't of sent my nan to a better care home.

My Father is a resident and he's spent over two years here. The care is excellent, the food is varied and nutricious and the activity team do a fantastic job. Dad has enjoyed days out and likes to join in activities. The care manager is superb and all the staff are friendly and take great price in
their work.

Grandad is very happy here, all the staff look after him very well. Very happy knowing he is being looked after and I'm very happy to leave him here knowing he is having a great time. Lovely home.

Amazing home
My mum has improved since being there.
All the staff management , carers, entertainers receptionists, cleaners are so caring and lovely.

Cannot fault Oakley the staff are so friendly and kind and treat all residents with dignity, feel so assured that my Mum is in the best hands and being treated kindly. Would not hesitate to recommend Oakley to anyone

My mum has settled really well in the home, all staff are lovely and very caring towards my mum . The entertainment they provide for the residents is amazing.
We are so happy we found this home and know my mum is being looked after very well .

Dad has now been here for 2 years and myself and family cannot fault with his care. From his initial settling in period to current. The friendliness has been amazing from our first visit to date from reception to care staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always there for a chat and
support.

I have found Okeley Care Home to be the ideal place for my mother to reside in. They are very caring and considerate towards her and other residents. The activities coordinators are very good and they have various themes etc going on throughout the year, and actively engage the residents where
possible, and this is a big plus for my mother, as she enjoys the visiting singers/performers, and also trips out of the care home. The home has also advised me if mum is being treated or needed, and extra medication etc.

We could not be more impressed with Okeley. It is inevitably difficult for both the older person and the family to have to make the decision to more to a care home, but Okeley, and especially its people, have made the process as smooth as possible.
My mother is not always the most accepting of
situations and this transition is a big one, but the patience and kindness of the staff are winning her over.
The place is spotless, the staff and management are permanently smiling, and the chefs are so patient in trying to meet mums needs.
We are happy and lucky to have found Okeley.

Okeley have been absolutely brilliant in their care with mum. There's always something happening every day (bingo quizzes, singers, craft activities) etc. that mum loves. The home is spotless, food and drink excellent and the carers are very professional and caring. Thank you.

My nan has been at Okeley since 2025 she has really settled, she enjoys the range of activities, there is something for everyone. The food is fantastic and she now looks forward to meals.The staff are welcoming. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking.

I was very distressed about my husband being admitted to a care home but after my husband during being here for 2 years I cannot praise the staff highly enough it is a huge weight off my mind that the care he receives is excellent even when hes being difficult. Thank you to everyone here.

Having mum in respite I was delighted when she got a full time place. The staff are brilliant & the entertainment is second to none. She is so happy there & I am truly thankful.
