My experience - In the six months my wife has been a resident I have nothing to complain about, in fact I have been pleasantly surprised, long may it continue.

The home has been amazing for my dad. Staff are friendly and very caring. Sweyne always have plenty of activities for residents to partake in. It was the best decision to move my dad to this home. I would definitely recommend.

I have been intending on doing a positive review for this home for months! This home has been a godsend and my father in law is very well cared for. He eats more now and the staff are friendly, caring and efficient. The activities that they put on are amazing! They do things for every "event"
whether it be mothers. fathers, or valentines day, Christmas or Halloween. I would totally recommend this home- in fact, I have many times.

My mom has been living in this care home for the past two years, and from the very beginning it has felt like more than just a place of care. It feels like a second family. Making the decision to place a loved one in a care home is never easy, but the compassion, kindness, and dedication shown by
the staff have given us complete peace of mind.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to truly know each resident as an individual, treating them with dignity, respect, and genuine warmth every single day. My mom is so well cared for, and it's clear how much the team truly cares about her happiness, comfort, and wellbeing.
The activities provided are fantastic and thoughtfully planned, keeping residents engaged, stimulated, and smiling. It means so much to see my mom taking part, enjoying herself, and feeling included. We are also kept well informed through regular updates and photos on social media, which helps us feel connected and reassured even when we live far away.

Mum has been looked after at Sweyne Court for almost two years she receives excellent care. The staff are so attentive and friendly giving us peace of mind. Mum always has a smile on her face when we visit, an indication that she is happy there.
The staff plan many activities to which family and
friend are always welcomed and encouraged to attend. Sweyne Court has such a homely and friendly atmosphere.

My mother went here for respite care. Even for people going in for a short period of time the staff try and find out the back story of the person for a more holistic approach to supporting them. The home is kept very clean. They have a varied menu for meals and size of meal to accommodate the
preferences of residents.

My Mom has resided at Sweyne Court since February 2024. I am very comforted by the professionalism and caring nature of the entire team at Sweyne Court. The team deliver a consistent level of care to all the residents and indeed the relatives of those residents too. We have very much become part
of a wider family community here at the care home for which I am very grateful.
I know that Mom is content and enjoys all the activities organised by the Events Co-ordinator which include crafts, colouring, arm chair aerobics, balloon tennis, skittles and many other activities. There are also many special events arranged where residents and relatives can all get together - for instance this year's Summer Garden Party which was superb and great fun.
The facilities are very good. Mom's room is always clean, bright and tidy. The catering team do a superb job too in catering for Mom's special dietary requirements.
Well done all!

My mum has been a resident at Sweyne Court for almost 4 years. She loves living here. She is so well cared for by the staff. They provide excellent care based on a sound understanding of mum's needs. She is treated with dignity at all times. The senior staff are all highly experienced and offer
sound advice when needed. The managers are good communicators with residents and relatives. Their main priority is the care of the residents. A home from home with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.

My mum came to Sweyne Court care home in May 2025. I have been very happy with all the care and support my mum has received. Sweyne Court is really like home from home and I enjoy visiting mum each week and enjoy my time with mum, together with all the friendly staff. They are also fantastic team
and offer support to me too.

At the 1st glance, Sweyne Court doesn't look much but has all the comforts required and is very clean inside and outside the building.
The biggest asset this home has is the genuine and consistent level of care offered by the staff who are absolutely amazing. We cannot thank them enough for the
relentless effort they made to care for our mum. Mum recently passed but was so happy at this home and that has been a comfort to know she was in good hands with her care.
We were very lucky to find this hidden gem of a care home .

Sweyne court is a lovely care home where the staff make the residents and their loved ones feel like family. They provide activities to keep the residents motivated and my auntie really enjoys them. Everyone is so kind, friendly and approachable should there be any concerns. My auntie is happy there
and often says the staff are so lovely. The meals provided are varied and my aunt enjoys them.

My father was in Sweyne Court for 18 days. My father has advance dementia and need 24 hour care to keep safe. My dad was well cared for always looked clean and smart and room was perfect and peaceful. I cannot fault the staff. In my opinion the home is well ran and it was always a pleasure to visit
my dad.

The care my dad received was excellent. The kindest and compassion was outstanding. He was looked after so kindly and respectfully. All staff are doing an amazing job. Thanks to the manager and the team. I would definitely use and recommend Sweyne Court to friends and family.

The care for my 98-year-old father-in-law has been exceptional. He has made an excellent recovery from his hip replacement thanks to the staff at Sweyne Court.

Whenever I visit my friend at Sweyne Court, the staff are always very welcoming. They are kind and happy people. My friend always tells me the carers look after her very well. The manager and deputy manager are always talking to residents and getting involved, very friendly people.

Sweyne Court has been my brother's home for the last five years and he (and we as his family) cannot fault the care he has received. Any issues (although few) are dealt with promptly; the staff are all so kind and caring creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere; and we all feel included and
cared for, whether as a resident or as a relative.
The premises itself is always clean, tidy and smells good (a positive sign of the pride the staff take in their work and in the home and residents in general).
Activities try to include as many residents as possible; and families are invited to events where the staff go out of their way to provide an enjoyable and inclusive experience.
As a family, we are so grateful that we can visit our brother knowing that the worry of his care has been taken off our shoulders. He is content and so are we.

I live in the USA and I am visiting my mum. I am very impressed with Sweyne Court but importantly, I love all of the staff. They are so friendly and caring to my mum and other residents. When I am at home, I call to speak to my mum everyday by telephone. I am always greeted by all of the staff in a
professional manner. They are all very kind to my mum and that means everything to me.

My mum came to Sweyne Court care home in May 2025. I have been very happy with all the care and support my mum has received. Sweyne Court is really like home from home and I enjoy visiting mum each week and enjoy my time with mum, together with all the friendly staff. They are also fantastic team
