Every visit has been a pleasant one - staff ALWAYS cheerful, polite, respectful and friendly, providing a compassionate, caring environment for our vulnerable loved one. The level of attention is great and response to the buzzer has always been quick with requests met as soon as is possible. We have
always received a warm welcoming response from all members of staff, who have treated our relative with dignity and respect in a safe and secure environment. We have been very grateful for the care and attention our loved on has received.

My wife was sent to Beech Tree for respite care after breaking bones in her foot. She was a little apprehensive at first but the staff made her (and me) extremely welcome. ALL the staff, including the management, carers, cleaners, maintenance, chefs and others, are amazingly friendly, patient, fun,
helpful and carried out their duties with a smile on their face. Nothing was too much trouble and each day they helped her to walk both along the level and up and down the stairs. The home itself is very secure, bright and clean. The only slight negative was the fact that my wife is vegetarian and the daily menus did not really cater for this diet resulting in me bringing food in from outside. This was no big deal and did not detract from the wonderful care she received and we both would highly recommend the home to anyone.

My mother came to Beech Tree from hospital for respite after breaking her neck. From the very start we were welcomed warmly & we felt immediately that mum would be safe & cared for here. All the staff are amazing, hard working, kind & friendly to everyone, the place is spotlessly clean & tidy all
the time, there is nothing we can fault on & it always smells lovely!

My son developed Alzheimer's disease at the age of 46. He could no longer cope at home. After 6 months in a beautiful but unsuitable large care home we realised he needed alternative care. He was bewildered and frustrated. Finding Beech Tree care home, homely smaller with very caring staff has taken
a huge weight off our shoulders, more importantly my son is understood and loved. His sense of humour and innate good natured are nurtured. The other residents have taken him into their hearts. As this cruel disease progresses, we feel he is in the right place and feels at home. We can visit more frequently.

Very caring staff. Helpful. Also always cleaning. Food could be better. Mum always seems in a happy place while staying at Beech Tree. Christmas is always very nice lots of activities going on all the time. It would be better if the care park was bigger. Lovely gardens as well overall very nice
place to stay

My husband went into Beech Tree the beginning of October. On my first visit to the home, I was impressed with the smell of cleanliness. I felt very much at ease with the atmosphere and friendliness from all levels. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Sadly, my husband took a serious
decline and passed. We did have a couple of minor issues but these were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this home.

Greeted by the lovely care manager upon arrival. Offered tea once we had been shown where our cousin's room was.
Brought flowers so staff found a vase for us to put them in.
Room was bright and clean and our cousin looked comfortable in her chair by the window with a table next to her with drinks.

My parents have been residents at Beech Tree for about five months. I really appreciated how helpful the manager was in finding a room for them, which we needed in a hurry. Since then, they have been treated really well by all the staff, which helped them to settle in fast. My family are very
grateful to Beech Tree for looking after them.

Beech Tree Care Home are amazing at checking on how things can be improved. Residents are well looked after and treated like family.
14 June 2024
Excellent service by manager, deputy manager, care manager, clinical manager, carers, chief and domestic. Can speak to them directly for any help. Also the administrative manager helps with any non-care problems.
I found that it is very easy to contact any member of the staff. Carers are friendly.
Nurses are available for consultation anytime day or night.
Do not have to worry about medication. They are done and checked.
GP visits once a week are excellent.
Excellent laundry service.

My experience with Beech Tree has been very positive from the initial visit to present day. The facility is bright and cheerful and staff are friendly and caring, with genuine warmth shown towards residents. The activities programme is packed and varied - Dad enjoyed the alpaca visit and I stayed
for the birds even though Dad was in bed sleeping!
I don't get to visit as often as I would like due to distance so tend to pop my head into the office to get a fuller picture of how Dad is doing. I am always made to feel welcome and never rushed as they provide more context about Dad's day-to-day life in the home and what activities he engages with. I don't know how many times a day they do this for relatives of other residents but they are endlessly patient and seem to really know Dad and his needs and preferences which is a huge comfort to me. I would recommend Beech Tree without hesitation. Big thank you to all the staff.

When looking at the home, I met the care home manager, she showed me around the home, talked me through a usual day for residents, food and menus and also the activities planned. She was patient with all my questions and watching the interactions between staff and residents, I knew Pops would be
safe and well cared for here. We were able to choose a room from the two available and to personalise it to help transition him in.
Pops settled in straight away, his quality of life has improved significantly, he is out of bed every day and there are activities, morning and afternoon, that he joins in with, he loves the singers and dancers that come in. All of the staff are so kind and take great care of him with dignity but they also take the time to check how we are too. There is always someone available for any questions or concerns or discuss anything at all to do with his care.
Making the decision to move him was hard but we couldn’t be happier and would recommend Beech Tree without hesitation.

From the first day of visiting the care home, the service, friendliness and care have been excellent. My father has been looked after by carers to a very high standard. The home staff have excellent dementia-friendly experience and they are patient at difficult times my father has. They are very
supportive to my mother when she is finding times hard with my father being in a home after sixty-three years of marriage.
Thank you for being outstanding.
