The care is wonderful and my husband is looked after with so much care and attention - manager and staff are attentive to his needs. Very happy.

Grey Gables was recommended to me by a friend. From the moment I first visited, I felt a wonderful sense of calm - it is always so clean, comfortable and truly feels like a homely place, not at all institutional. The real difference maker though is the wonderful care manager and staff. Every single
person I have met is so genuinely kind and caring. They treat my partner with such dignity and compassion, always taking the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. It means the world to me!.

I can't fault the care and attention received by my uncle at Grey Gables. The staff are attentive, kind and take time to understand his needs. The staff have made my family feel very assured that we picked the right care home. They are always there with a smile and a cup of tea for us. Food is
plentiful and always looks delicious. My uncle has a wonderful choice for all his meal times and he looks forward in telling us what activity he has taken part in. I have nothing negative to say about Grey Gables.

I feel very privileged to have a place in Grey Gables for my husband. He is extremely happy & so well cared for. The staff are excellent. Numerous entertainment. Food & drinks are also excellent & well presented. My husband wants for nothing. Grey Gables is spotlessly clean & fresh. I can't really
give any negative points.

I have been very happy with the care my dad receives. All the staff are professional, friendly and caring. My Dad's personal preferences are always considered and he has been able to contribute to menu choices. Lots of engaging activities are provided and there is a happy, family atmosphere in the
home.

My dad has been here about 4 months now. He is settled & happy and always clean & well cared for. The staff are always professional, welcomin & treat all service users with dignity & respect. My sister and & know that he is in good, safe hands which leaves us stress & worry free.

The process of getting my mother into Grey Gables was faultless. The process was so easy. It's been so lovely to see her so happy. The staff are so lovely, caring, friendly and are a great laugh. I would highly recommend Grey Gables to everyone that knows someone with dementia.

I am so pleased we found Grey Gables, the staff are so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere in the home is full of love. I cannot find anything negative to say, it really is excellent.

My mother has been in the care of Grey Gables since October 2016. She is now 97 and is totally dependant on the staff for her daily needs.
She tells us that she is very happy where she is and considers herself 'very fortunate to have found such a nice place'.
We have always found her room clean
and tidy.
The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and on the few occasions where there have been problems, they have been resolved speedily and without fuss.

Dad has been in Grey Gables for just over a year. There was an element of urgency when we needed to find care for Dad and Grey Gables was the first and only home we looked at as from the moment we walked in everything felt right. Our first instinct has proved to be totally right as the standard of
care Dad receives has been incredible and it feels like he has joined a family. I can honestly say that we feel totally reassured that Dad is safe and secure which gives us great comfort.

Grey Gables is clean, no nasty smells. Staff are very nice.
The manager is very easy to talk to and clearly is a very good person and the manager is very caring.

When we go to visit my mother the staff are very welcoming, everywhere is clean and the residents all look happy and well cared for.
