Mum has resided here for four months and has seeminly settled in well. The staff are always so friendly and observant of needs and emotions of the residents. We have been very pleased with everything even when at times Mum is very confused about it, they have handled it well. They keep us up to date
of Mum's needs and welfare. Love the atmosphere, the warmth and bright colourful greeting on entering.

I have been so pleased with Martin's care at Pax Hill. Every member of staff give their best best to the residents. They are like a family, always cheerful and paying attention to each and every resident's needs. There is always something going on, sing a longs, crafts and drawing, and really good
activities with everyone joining in. There is always a happy atmosphere when you walk in.

The staff at Pax Hill are extremely kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble. My father has been here since May 2025 and I know he has the best care.

Pax Hill continues to be an extremely caring and wonderfully staffed care home for those with dementia. We are totally reassured that our mother receives the best care and attention to be found locally. Our only reservation is the food quality which although has choice leaves a little to be desired.

The family have been very pleased we chose Pax Hill to look after my wife. We always get a warm welcome when we arrive and my wife seems to be happy, and joins in with the activities. We are happy with all aspects of the home.

Pax Hill is an excellent care home. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful and always friendly. The residents seem happy. There are always activities arranged and staff on hand to care for residents' needs.

Pax Hill staff are wonderful at looking after my grandad. They support his independence whilst keeping him safe. It is comforting to know he is safe and has people around him whilst the family are unable to look after him.

The all-round care for my wife has been excellent. The attentiveness of the staff together with their patience is outstanding. The cleanliness, a high standard of facilities and their maintenance is very good. There is always a welcome for visitors who are treated with great kindness.

Having had experience of a normal care home for the elderly with a dementia floor, I was so delighted for my mother to come to Pax Hill. The difference in friendly, quiet, patient and effective care is remarkable. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum is very rarely anxious now and is generally content.
I feel confident that she is always well cared for and is in the best place. She likes the decor and loves the house and gardens. Thank you to Pax Hill staff!

We have found Pax Hill EMF Unit friendly and welcoming. It is set in a peaceful location, the rooms are spacious with a homely feel. The staff are very friendly and look after our parents, who both have different care needs, very well. I would definitely recommend Pax Hill.

Very happy with the care Mum is getting here. The staff are lovely and very patient and helpful during a very difficult job as I speak to some who are doing jigsaw puzzles. Looked at a few places before placing Mum here, no comparison, this place is streaks ahead in cleanliness and care in general.
The cost is very high but Mum is worth it.

After one year we remain assured as we were on day one. We picked the best care facility in our area. The staff remain friendly, and knowledgable and provide quick feedback should there be any issues. Both parents enjoy the environment and importantly feel safe. Thank you.

My mum has a lovely room with a stunning view and is very comfortable and happy here.
