My sister Susan was a resident for 9 months after several strokes she passed away a couple of weeks ago. The staff were kind, caring compassionate friendly and extremely efficient. Would throughly recommend to anyone. The staff even cared about us as relatives. Sue was bed round but they never
left her alone for long, she died peacefully and we will always be grateful to all the Lime Tree Manor staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My mum was diagnosed with aggressive cancer in October 2025, in January, she was given 3-6 months (or sooner) to live.
Mum was 86, had scoliosis & was in & out of hospital as she declined & then unfortunately, got C-dif in the hospital.
Mum sadly only lasted 4 weeks & passed away on 10th February
2026. In those 4 weeks in Lime Tree, the staff were absolutely amazing, taking the pressure off of her 3 daughters, with their kind, caring ways - nothing was too much trouble.
On the day of the funeral (yesterday, 18th March), the whole nursing staff came out to the roadside to pay their respects as the hearse drove past - we were all so emotional over their empathy.
I can't emphasise enough how grateful we are for the care they gave to our lovely mum.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

My mum in law has been in limetree since April 2025 with dementia. She has settled in so well and now thinks of it as her home. She loves the staff and they tell us how fond of her they are too. The care and understanding given to her has been lovely. She is always at the forefront joining in the
activities and is always happy, we looked at other carehomes but limetree sone out. So glad we got a room here.

Lovely home and I am so pleased my mother has a room here. She is really happy and feels so safe in her environment. Which is important to her family. The staff are so kind and the home is full of laughter. It is always very clean and smells nice.
Communications from the home to family members with
any updates or concerns with my mother's weight checks etc are excellent. We would and have, recommended lime tree manor to other friends that have been looking for a dementia care provider with good outcomes.
Thankyou for your Care Limetree and thanks from the family.

My father was a patient for a week and we cannot praise enough the care and love he was given and shown. The staff are a credit to their profession and nothing was any trouble for them. It was a great comfort for all of our family that my Dad was so well looked after. Thank you from the bottom of
our hearts xx

From the moment i went to view lime tree for my father i knew the place would be perfect.
The head Nurse came to visit my father in hospital to review him. She was fantastic.
A few days later I took dad into the home to a very warm welcome. It was late evening. And they had saved him some
dinner. I can not find a single fault with this home. It is simply perfect. Or as we have to say in reviews. Outstanding. The level of care is top notch. The staff are more like family. When my father past in may we where so greatfull that his last months where spent in a loving caring place. Dads favorate nurse was there right by his side. And was a great comfort to myself and the family.

As we had a family wedding/holiday to attend in February, Mum went into respite care at the tender age of 100 and when we returned she decided that she wanted to stay there full time. She knew her time to depart this world was coming and we were relieved that she felt comfortable staying at Lime
Tree Manor where she would receive 24 hour care with much love and support from the staff.
As a family we were extremely grateful for the way they cared for mum right up to the age of 100 and five months.
Thank you all at Lime Tree Manor

Mum became a resident at Lime Tree Manor in May 2023, where she lived until her passing from dementia in March 2025. Throughout her time there, she was treated with the utmost kindness, dignity, and compassion. The staff ensured she was always well cared for, comfortable, and in a warm, welcoming
environment. All the staff were always approachable, keeping us informed and offering support when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for the love and care she received. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lime Tree Manor to anyone seeking a nurturing and compassionate home for their loved one. Thank you to everyone at Lime Tree Manor for your unwavering dedication.

My father had been a resident in Lime Tree Manor from August 2021 until his passing in February 2025. During this time he was very well looked after, always clean and very well fed but most of all he was treated with kindness and respect, and for that I will always be truly grateful.
When his
condition deteriorated he was moved to the nursing unit where the care he received was exemplary, the staff showed us compassion and respect and I was able to stay the night with my dad where I felt safe and supported. Thank you to all the staff at Lime Tree Manor

My Mother resided at Limetree Manor in the dementia unit for almost the past 2 years. What should a carehome be...its in the name they really Care about the residents wellbeing and needs and they provide a real home not an institution. The staff are always on hand to discuss any concerns. There are
plenty of activities to entertain residents and relatives are welcome and encouraged to join in.
I am especially grateful for the gentle care and support we received at the end of Mums life which enabled her to die in comfort and dignity. Thankyou.

The building was very clean and welcoming and they had facilities there for my Dad to have his hair cut and other services like a podiatrist, and they were so lovely helping to keep my Dad looking good, which was important to him.
Unfortunately, my Dad was too unwell to join in with any of the
activities held at the home, but it looked like they had lots of options if your loved one was more able.
All the staff were so caring and respectful and gave my Dad the utmost of dignity all the time he spent there before his passing.
They supported my Dad and me and all my family in every possible way, especially with emotional support and kindness.
I can only praise all the staff, including Nurses, care assistants and cleaners, and every one of them showed that they truly cared for my Dad's well being, to the very end of his life.
Thank you to each and everyone at Lime Tree Manor.

The care and commitment to my aunt was second to none.
Always someone available to talk to regarding my aunt.
Looked after her until her passing on 21.12.2024
I would recommend this care home to anyone who is looking into placing a loved one into care.

Mum moved into Lime Tree Manor (LTM) in July 2022 and lived there until her passing from dementia in November 2024. My sister and myself cannot speak too highly of the kindness and compassion that she received from the staff at Lime Tree Manor during this time. Mum was always clean and tidy, was
well fed and lived in an immaculate room, suitably furnished, a 'home from home'. The staff were always approachable and helpful, ready to answer questions and keeping us both well informed as to how Mum was getting on. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lime Tree Manor to anyone with an elderly relative looking to move into a care home. Thank you to everyone at Lime Tree Manor - your collective help was most greatly appreciated.

This wonderful caring place has been home to my father for two years. The management and staff including the activities staff go above and beyond to make his stay happy and safe. The atmosphere is homely and everyone smiles. Most of the staff are long standing which is reassuring, they are
professional and keep me updated on a weekly basis. LimeTree Manor is excellent, I cannot recommend it enough.

My husband is very happy there and the staff are fantastic. He joins in some of the activities but is never pressured into taking part if he does not want to. The place is always clean when I visit. I am always addressed by name and staff are very friendly towards me.

My 91-year-old mother recently passed away at Lime Tree Manor. She had been a resident for just over 2 years. During her time there, she was bedridden; her health and dementia gradually deteriorated and she was very frail and weak.
I am her daughter and live over 250 miles away in Wales. I visited
Mum as often as I possibly could and phoned often. The staff in turn kept me informed with updates regarding her health care.
I cannot speak highly of all the staff; from senior staff to the nurses, carers and activity ladies. They are all professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum was treated with kindness and respect and cared for to a high degree. I was made welcome too on each of my visits. It was like a 'home from home' and not only will I miss my mum very much, I will miss the staff too. Lime Tree is a well-run residential and nursing home, and I would not hesitate to recommend it for the care of your loved one in their twilight years.

My mother has been a resident at Lime Tree Manor for nursing care since January 2024.
The care and kindness of the staff and management have been first-class. My mother arrived after a long spell in hospital and was very weak being bed-bound for several weeks. The nurses and staff have provided
excellent support to help my mum recover to a level where she is no longer bed-bound and has the strength to do more things independently for herself. She now is able to socialise with other residents and join them for meals each day. I am extremely grateful for all that has been done.
The care home is well run and to a high standard of cleanliness. The facilities and equipment are very good too.
The staff are excellent and treat all residents and visitors with kindness and are cheerful and pleasant to everyone.

Lime Tree Manor has been looking after my mum since March 2023, and in all of that time, they have really looked after her. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they are always courteous, polite and kind to both my mum and myself. They always keep me updated on her health as and when needed too,
which is very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lime Tree to anyone, it is a perfect place for residents to see out their final years. My father-in-law was in a really expensive care home several years ago, and it was nowhere near the high standard of care I've come to experience for Mum from Lime Tree Manor. Well done to all of the staff.

The staff have been very good and kind to me when I visited my friend, who lives here.
My friend also mentioned that he is very happy with the services given to him.
He also enjoyed the summer fetter.
I always find him with a good vibe and will recommend this place to everyone.
