Guysfield has always been excellent with mum's care. Lots of activities for mum to take part in, and the staff are always caring. It is so comforting to know mum is safe and so happy in her home.

This was my wife's first Christmas and the New Year at Guysfield. The attention of the staff to the residents was fantastic. We had a lovely Christmas dinner and a lovely Boxing Day. The care they show even the little things, hair, nails and entertainment is fantastic.

I liken it to being part of one big happy family. This gives such peace of mind, something that you cannot put a price one. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Guysfield for anyone's loved one.

Wonderful care home, my mother has been a resident for 4 years and is very happy here. Staff are both kind & respectful & they are very aware of all the residents individual needs.We, and our mother are kept updated about any changes & participate in care planning. In my professional life I
experienced many care homes & this is certainly the best I have ever visited.

My wife has been with you for nearly 3 years. I have been very satisfied with the service of care provided & by the helpfulness of all staff & management. All the staff are friendly & treat residents with dignity & managers are always available for a chat on any issues, we are kept up to date with
any problems with my wife & have regular care plan updates. The welfare team are 1st class with the activities they provide.

Guysfield is an exceptional care home, with highly professional and empathetic staff, as well as taking great care of my husband, they've wrapped their arms around me. I liken it to being part of one big happy family. This gives such peace of mind, something that you cannot put a price one. I have
absolutely no hesitation in recommending Guysfield for anyone's loved one.

My mum has been a resident at Guysfield Residential Home since October 2024. She came to the home for respite for my dad but unfortunately, he passed away 24 hours later. My family and I cannot express how wonderful the staff there were to my mum and ourselves. I visit Mum 2-4 times a week and I am
always welcomed with a smile. Mum is always dressed so smartly. The staff are amazing and her room is always clean and immaculate.

I cannot praise Guysfield Residential Home enough, from the assessment and admission to the carers who are amazing. Everyone has been so helpful during the transition, which helped my mum settle, especially when we had other family issues. It's so lovely to know that my mum is being looked after and
is beginning to make friends as she is being encouraged to join in, which she never used to. So thanks to them!

My mum has been at Guysfield since April 2022. It was a very hard decision for us to do as my dad could no longer care for her needs. I cannot praise Guysfield highly enough. It has changed all of our lives for the better. All of the staff there are lovely and it's a relief to know that my mum is

All the staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble and carried out in a friendly manner. I personally think it has to do with an excellent team leader who puts in 100% of everything she is involved with. All the staff get on with one another.

Thank you for looking after my mum-in-law during the years she was with you, but especially her final days. I saw the flowers and chocolate-themed treats you bought her (her favourites), and it was wonderful to see how much you'd done to make her feel loved, special and cared for when she was very
unwell. Again, thank you. I felt the love from you and your team every time I walked into the home, and you were so kind, compassionate and thoughtful - not just to my mum-in-law, but to us as a family.
It's been a huge comfort to my husband to see how well she was loved at Guysfield, and having her die there was what she - and we - wanted. I can't thank you enough for making that happen for us. I know it was a challenge, but one you went out of your way to rise to. My mum-in-law was in a couple of care situations before she came to you, and Guysfield was so much better. Having spent more hours there recently it's clear how incredible your team are, and what a wonderful job they do.

I have been and continue to be delighted by the care my mother receives at Guysfield. It has a lovely ambience, very caring staff and lots going on. Mum has been more relaxed and much happier since being there and enjoys all the activities on offer. The setting and gardens are beautiful! Overall...

The home seems clean and warm. Food is good, had lunch one day with him. It was lunch so not normal meal - pasta in tomato sauce followed by sponge and custard. Staff are very warm and friendly.

My sister-in-law has, as usual, received an excellent standard of care. Recent changes to the type of meals and the timing thereof has been very beneficial to her.

My grandmother has been at Guysfield for two years, the team have been wonderful throughout this time. They have been particularly good at supporting her mental health and wellbeing and she now considers a lot of the team as family. They are very supportive of us as a family and always welcoming.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Mum seems very happy there. Gives me peace of mind that she is well looked after. Always things going on for residents. Lovely pleasant home and grounds. Staff are always happy to arrange anything for mum.

My mother moved to Guysfield Residential Home towards the end of March and she has dementia. It was an anxious time for me as she had been in hospital after a fall at home and was unable to live independently moving forward, a home was the only option. What can I say the team are amazing, always
there to deal with any concerns I have and nothing is too much trouble. When I call and if staff are busy and I leave a message they always come back to me when they say they will. I have had easy access to the Manager and Deputy Manager when the need arises which is very reassuring. My mother has settled in very quickly and most importantly she is safe and is happy - what more could you ask for. A great weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
