The standard of care at Heath Lodge is excellent. The staff consistently looked after my mother with kindness, care and attention to detail. The facilities are of a high level and my mother was satisfied with the care she received. I would recommend Heath Lodge without hesitation.

I am always greeted with a smile and by name. The care my husband receives is excellent and all the staff work tirelessly to ensure everyone is looked after and safe. We didn't know we would be in this situation but I know my husband is in the best place.

Mum, who doesnt trust easily, came to trust the staff at Heath Lodge. Our particular thanks go to Anand, who never seems to take time off and who would always raise a smile when taking meds in ot her.

The staff is very kind and attentive, ensuring every detail is cared for. My father felt very well, even after a short time, and we truly appreciate the support. The manager definitely deserves a 10.!"

My aunty has just been admitted for care. The home rang me to reassure me she has been transferred from hospital. The care and kindness is second to none and ensuring she has the correct medication and care. She looks clean and refreshed unlike the last ten days in hospital. Tv food amazing just
need to add some home comforts from family and friends to help her feel comfortable. Clean room

The care home was for my mother for assessment. It was clean, and the room and facilities were just what she needed. The staff were excellent - kind and nothing was too much trouble. The manager was especially caring and attentive. The food was very good, and the quality of the personal care was
first class and dignified.

The care they provide is amazing, always clean, and all workers are polite and always there to support family members.

Dad was first in the respite area of the home. When we were told he needed permanent care, we knew we wanted it to be at Heath Lodge. This was because of the fantastic care. The friendly carers and the overall feel of what we had experienced in the respite area, and now he is a permanent resident.
The fantastic care has continued. He had settled in better than we could of hoped. Always an activity he can get involved in, and the carers are superb. Thank you.

So far during my stay, the day staff have been excellent, and nothing is too much trouble. They're so caring and cheerful.
Apart from this, I feel caring tasks during the nighttime have been overlooked somewhat.

Very helpful, pleasant and polite staff. Lots of food and drink being offered. Shower facilities could be better equipped for ease of use for residents.

My Dad has been in Heath Lodge for some months inbetween hospital stays and I have nothing but admiration for the lovely staff and nurses that have helped to take care of my Dad. They are always polite,kind and very respectful and have given me great peace of mind that my Dad is being looked after
and given the care and support he needs.
The home is clean and homely and the food is very good.
I have nothing but admiration and the greatest of thanks for the way you have and continue to take care of my Dad and honestly cannot Thankyou enough for your kindness and humility.
A lovely care home and genuinely lovely people .

My dad received fantastic care from all the staff and management, and really looked after him right up to his death. Could not say enough good things about them all.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to ALL the staff from the cleaner, management and carers. Everyone is amazing and so caring. My mother has never been so happy. The care given here has made my life so much easier as I know she is so well cared for I am so grateful to everyone in this amazing
home. Many, many thanks to ALL the staff. My mum has been happier the last year since she has been here than in the 3 years previous to this.

Could not ask for a better care home, mum as been well looked after.
The staff are all very helpful and caring. Food been good, very clean and tidy.
Small garden but lovely to sit in while the sun been shining.

Mum has had a traumatic few years as her physical condition declined. She has now found her forever home at Heath Lodge, and for her family, this is fantastic. The standard of care is excellent. Mum is content and very comfortable. Communication is also excellent. Sadly, I have had to deal with
other elderly relatives in this situation, and I can honestly say Heath Lodge is by far the best in every respect. Keep up the good work.
