Having visited a number of care/nursing homes in recent times, I can safely say that Bradfield is the best in terms of location, care, friendliness. Bradfield House and its gardens have been maintained to a high standard. I can rest easy in the knowledge that my mother is safe, happy and well looked after.

I have visited a lot of care homes over the last couple of years and this is heads above any other homes I have been to. Staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The home itself is very clean and always smells lovely. Great choice of food for people that like particular things. Couldn't recommend it more!

Mum has recently been admitted to Bradfield. The process has been handled very sensitively and efficiently by the Bradfield team with minimal disruption. She has been allocated a room with a lovely view and despite this having been a difficult change for her she is doing very well. The staff are kind and responsive. She has had severe mobility problems for the past year so it has been lovely to see her in a place where she has enough skilled support to be able to get outside. We are very impressed so far.

I have recently moved my mother to Bradfield and what an amazing care home this is. Every single member of staff is caring, helpful and makes every visit a pleasure as I can see how well looked after my mother is. She is always clean tidy and well presented and with her food request they always accommodate her needs which is amazing. The home is spotlessly clean and looked after beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and they all certainly deserve 5 star as they give 5 star treatment to each and every resident.

My mum, aged 96, moved into Bradfield in mid-March. The Manager and staff were very helpful in furnishing her room to make it comfortable and attractive. She is settling in happily and says the food is amazing.

The staff are genuinely lovely and clearly care about the residents. My grandma feels safe and comfortable. Family members always feel welcome and we are kept up to date with everything about her care and wellbeing.

A wonderful standard of care. The staff are attentive and caring with lots of attention to detail. They know the residents' preferences. The staff are always very welcoming to visitors. The atmosphere is lovely. There are decorations according to season. The standard of facilities is very high. A few more activities of interest to men would be welcomed!

Bradfield Residential Home team couldn't be more supportive of Mum and I. Their understanding of individual resident's needs is obvious. What underpins the understanding is low staff turnover, so individuals get to know one another. Mum's dementia has increased and she can't do sentences much now. She hasn't been mobile, weight-bearing since she was 94 two years ago. But Bradfield team helped me take her out for a drive in her wheelchair. The liaison with the local primary healthcare team is great too.

My mother has been at Bradfield Residential Home for 15 months now and the whole family including Mum are much happier now she's here instead of her previous home. Mum seems much more settled, happier and healthier. The staff always seem very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Very professionally run home!

Our mum is a resident at Bradfield Residential Home, she continues her "journey" at this outstanding care home. All the carers show so much compassion and friendliness towards the residents and it is such a relief to know that our mum is in very safe hands. "Thank you" to management and the Bradfield team.

Excellent facilities, staff and delicious home cooking. Mum is very contented and loves the food and looks forward to the activities, especially general knowledge quizzes. Heartfelt thanks to all the dedicated carers and staff at Bradfield Residential Home. Highly recommended.

The staff at Bradfield Residential Home have always been kind and patient with my mum. Respecting her wishes as best they can understand them. If there are any problems, they notify us straight away and are watchful for any changes in how Mum is, looking for signs of ill health. E.g. a week or so ago, Mum was displaying agitation and some confusion and so the manager was very proactive in testing a urine sample, contacting the GP and getting antibiotics for a suspected urine infection. They informed us how Mum was and what they were doing about it and contacted us once the GP had decided how to treat her. They treat us (Mum's family) as if we are their family. We are always welcome at any time. And welcomed onto the premises as into Mum's home. The staff have got to know us over time and are all very warm and welcoming. The food must be good as Mum is always keen to get back for her meal if one of us has taken her for a brief outing. The home always smells and looks clean.

Bradfield Residential Home is outstanding for the care given to its residents in the area of Walmer, Deal and Dover, Kent. A beautiful home. A beautiful building. The bonus, beautiful gardens. Privately run by a family who absolutely know what caring is about.

My experience with the home is a very good one, all my parents' needs are met and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, I have no concerns about the care that my parents receive and I am constantly kept up to date with my parents' well-being.

My visits to see my mum are enjoyable, the staff are kind, caring and go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble either. We always have a warm welcome. I know my mum is having the best care. I would be more than happy to recommend Bradfield Residential Home to anyone.

My aged aunt has been a resident of Bradfield Residential Home for many years now and I have always been impressed by how efficient and caring the place is. The ambience and decoration are far better than any other residential home I have visited. This month, ahead of Christmas, I am particularly struck by what an effort is made to make the residents enjoy the season as much as they possibly can.

My mother has been a resident of Bradfield Residential Home for over two years. It is a lovely facility. Clean and bright with a pleasant garden. The biggest asset is the staff, they are excellent. Very caring and hard-working. Very pleased to have found Bradfield.

The service is impeccable, we can't say anything negative about the attentive care and support. My father moved in and has been welcomed in by all the team. The team are amazing, we can't thank them enough The food is fantastic, all services are of a very high standard.

I visit my brother every fortnight, and every time I am greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. Once I've signed in, I am offered a cup of tea. Since my brother moved into Bradfield, back in November 2022, he has been treated with the greatest of dignity and receives great care, love and attention from all the staff. The staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. My brother is very content at Bradfield, which gives me great comfort, as I know everything is being done for his well-being, comfort and quality of life. The surroundings are like a home-from-home, and the cleanliness is second to none. A big thank you to all at Bradfield for doing such a great job.
