Michelle and her team at Brampton provide excellent service and support to their residents. The atmosphere is always happy, positive and welcoming.
Mum was originally only due to stay for some respite care but has settled in as a full time resident without any qualms. She is delighted with the
care and support she receives and has found the interaction with the various members of staff very enjoyable.

Mum has been a resident for a few years and in that time the service and staff has been exceptional. The girls are friendly and helpful, the team puts on regular interesting programme of events. Their summer garden parties are also a great way of the wider Brampton family getting together.

all we are very happy we found it when we did.

We are so pleased that my brother has found this wonderful place to spend the rest of his life. The staff are so wonderful & cannot do enough for the residents that are here. The family cannot thank you enough for what your are doing for my brother & the rest of the residents.

I have been very impressed by the way Brampton Lodge is run. The carers are all angels. Very patient and helpful, always with a smile. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for short term or long term care.

Great staff, always so welcoming. Very approachable.
Entertainment and trips are good and Mum has been enjoying these.
Any wishes are dealt with promptly.

Lovely, caring staff, my mother was bed-bound but they looked after her so well. She enjoyed the food, the company and the care. Nothing was too much trouble and we will have no problem recommending Brampton Lodge.

My dear mother had a fall in her private room at Brampton Lodge.
Unfortunately, she broke her hip, the staff were really fabulous as we waited for the ambulance so attentive and kind.
Mum has since had hip surgery in hospital and has now been welcomed back to Brampton -"back to her home and
people who love her".
Nothing is too much trouble, I would recommend their care to anyone.

Whenever I visit at any time I am always welcome. My mother says how happy she is being cared for at Brampton Lodge. The staff are very caring. The home gives the guests plenty of activities to keep their brains active.

We chose Brampton Lodge as it was a very comfortable and convivial home with a lovely garden, friendly staff and lots of activities for residents. It has not disappointed in any way. The staff are amazing - very kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, with access to
the gardens. There is lots to do, including a wonderful summer garden party for residents and their families. Food is great, and there is always a choice. My mother frequently refers to Brampton as a hotel!

The resident moved from a nursing home to Brampton Lodge as it was smaller and more user-friendly. Although the resident has only been there for a short time, we have been very pleased with the care and attention and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. As the home is smaller than before, it
is much more like a home from home with the bonus of a beautifully kept garden.

I feel I have made a home here and I am very happy. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The care staff are kind and nothing is too much trouble for the manager.

I have been very pleased with the care that my mother has received during the last two years. The staff have been wonderful and very easy to approach if any queries arise.

Our mum has been in the home for nearly 1 year now and she is better and more alert than she has been for years. I cannot fault anything at the home; staff, food, activities and cleanliness are all fantastic. In particular the staff are so friendly and wonderful with Mum. They are so helpful and
nothing is too much trouble. The carers are also excellent when it comes to duty of care and sort out medical issues.

I have been in this care home for four months. I came for respite care after having a couple of falls. I have been very happy and all the carers and staff have looked after me very well. They have given me lots of care and would do anything for me. I will come again if I need to be looked after
again.

Since realising this was to be my permanent home, I am now very settled here and happy. The staff are kind and caring and always ready to listen. The management are prepared to resolve any issues.

I come and visit my nan every week. The staff are very caring and helpful. My nan really enjoys staying at Brampton. A home away from home.
