View Full Details of Fairlawn Residential HomeMum moved into Fairlawn in May at first I was very anxious whether she would settle in there, as such a huge change from being in your own home, or so I thought. Fairlawn is a small 24 bed residential home, and because of that the residents don't get forgotten or left unattended like some of the bigger homes. I shouldn't have worried, about mum settling in, she is very happy there and absolutely loves it! In fact it is the happiest I have seen her in a long time as she has staff there all the time who care about them all as if they were their own relatives & love their jobs! They are all amazing, and very welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. They have activities each day to help the residents keep their minds active plus be able to mix with each other. Their menu is varied and very appetising! Any issues that arise or need sorting are dealt with straight away. I would definitely recommend Fairlawn to anyone looking for a place for a loved one to stay and call home.
I have been going to Fairlawn to visit a friend from my local church for over 6 months now. Visiting is always a delight not just seeing my friend but the whole experience. The staff are always helpful, very friendly and informative. I find nothing is too much bother for them. I often turn up when the activities are going on where most residents participate and seem to enjoy it. My friend informs me that she is very happy there. Loves her room, staff and meals.
As soon as I walked through the door I knew Fairlawn was the place for our family, its warm and homely atmosphere makes you feel like you're still right at home. There's always so much happening, the activities are varied and regular, the food delicious and the girls are always happy and chatty. The management team and owner are always around to speak to and it's lovely to be able to catch up if we need to.
