Very happy that my nan is here. Lovely to know she is safe and comfortable here.
I regularly visit my friend who lives at The Grange, and I'm always impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind, attentive and genuinely care about the residents, which makes such a difference. The home itself clean, comfortable, and feels very homely. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my friend is so well looked after and happy here.
Excellence care home in the area. Management and the staff are very kindly helping to my Grandma. Weekly activities are amazing.
The best home care agency, wonderful staff and professional people.
The Grange is a perfect home away from home, offering a caring, safe and happy environment. From the first time we visited to the present day, I could not ask for anymore. All the staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming and always go that extra mile. Leaving Mum there for the first time I knew that she was in the right place and months on still do.
Have always found the home and the staff very helpful and very kind. Standard of rooms is very good and clean.
We find the home extremely friendly and a real home from home. The staff are excellent and really look after Mum. She is very happy here and we couldn't be happier that we found The Grange and that she is looked after so well.
My mother has been a resident at The Grange for almost a year, and is very happy and content. My sister and I had to make a hard decision to move Mum from her bungalow and entrust her to the safe care of others! We need not have worried - the best decision we could have made. The staff are very professional, but most of all they are experienced and have the residents' wellbeing as their first priority. The Grange is excellent and has my full seal of approval.
Very nice home.
The staff are all absolutely lovely, beautiful gardens, lots of activities and social events. Home-cooked fresh food and snacks, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and you genuinely feel they care about the happiness of their guests.
A well-run care home. Good friendly staff always on hand to help out.
It has been nearly two years since my mother moved from her home to The Grange and since I last left a review. Now with new owners, none of my thoughts have changed. They have brought with them new ideas, including asking the residents what they want from their home. What a lovely idea to include them in choosing the new decoration of their home. With more activities to do most days and still the wonderful home cooked food that you can also enjoy with them if you wish. My mum is very happy living here and would like to thank everyone who cares for her and I second that. Thank you all very much.
My grandad recently moved to The Grange, and we are really pleased with the transition. It feels like a home away from home. The food is delicious, and he even has a speaker in his room, which he finds very entertaining. There are plenty of activities every day. Thank you to the staff and management team!
The Grange is an exceptional care home! From the warm welcome at the entrance, every moment felt like family. My gran's smile spoke volumes about the quality of care she receives. Clean room, delicious meals, and engaging activities made her feel right at home. Grateful for the peace of mind of knowing she's in such capable hands. Highly recommend this wonderful home.
The Grange having recently changed hands I really have to report on how pleased we still are with Mum's care. Obviously, there have been some minor hiccups, most people don’t like change, especially older folk. However, we’re still so pleased. Some very positive changes are taking place, all with residents being at the centre of any changes. Thank you to all at The Grange!
My mother arrived at The Grange from a time in hospital. A time which she found very confusing having been moved from ward to ward and finally to a different hospital. She was therefore confused and undoubtedly a little afraid when she arrived at The Grange. But after a few weeks, thanks to the kindness and care received from the staff who always go above and beyond, she began to settle in. She asked that she should stay at The Grange and resisted any move elsewhere. She tells me the food is excellent and “just how she likes it”. She has certainly been eating better since her arrival. Knowing that she is well cared for in so many ways, is a great comfort and reassurance to her family.
On behalf of myself and my family, I wish to thank you all most gratefully for all the kind care attention and food you provided to ensure a second best home. Thank you so much.
I have been in The Grange for nearly three years. As a resident, I am able to spend the day as I choose. The garden and conservatory are lovely. The home is spotlessly clean. The food is all home-cooked and very good. The. carers are lovely, attend to our daily needs and often go that extra mile to help. Prescribed medication is provided by trained carers. Visitors can just pop in at any time - nothing to hide! If you are unable to live in your own home, this is the place to be.
My dad has been a resident at The Grange for just over two years after deciding he no longer wished to live on his own. Within a couple of weeks, he had settled in well thanks to the efforts of the friendly and caring staff. He continues to be very happy there and we have seen an improvement in his overall health and wellbeing compared to when he was living alone, benefiting from the routine and the excellent medication management provided. Dad speaks highly of the staff, with whom he is able to enjoy a joke or two and is always complimentary about the food. When we have had dad out for a few hours I'm happy to be able to drop him back at The Grange, his home, knowing he will be safe and well.
