My experience of visiting Hillbrow has been nothing but one of pleasure. It's a smalI old house, but once inside it has a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I couldn't wish for a better care home to look after a family member. The Manager is efficient and caring and her team are
exceptional. And whatever you ask for it is done with profound efficiency. The people in their care get nothing but the best care and support they could wish for. And are all treated with the dignity they deserve.
The premises are clean and well looked after. And the staff encourage trips out for their residents.
As for food and drink, I can only say they cater for all their residents needs. And there are no complaints. The staff go over and beyond their duty. Overall, all I can say is that I have seen a lot of care homes but non of which have shown the home from home welcoming atmosphere that this one does. Our thanks goes out to the kind caring people that run this home.
