My mother is very well,ooked after the staff are fantastic they are very kind when I go in I feel joy they do lots of activities I cant think of a better place for my mum I cared for her with the support husband for nearly three years and because of her disabilities and mentally not good I couldn't cope any more it's been such a relief because I was worrying about my own health plus my husband has been ill.

Since moving my Grandma into Lindau, our family have been so impressed by the level of care and attention given to her. I've also found this goes beyond just duty, but they truly care about her and our family too. We visit regularly, with my two year old daughter, and are always welcomed with open arms, which is so important for our close family. The staff, led by the wonderful Tascha, are warm, friendly and easy to talk to - my toddler loves them all too. We have been impressed by the events and activities, and enjoy joining in with them. My Grandma had a recent hospital stay, due to an ongoing medical issue, and Lindau handled the situation perfectly. Since her return to Lindau, both her mental and physical state improved so rapidly, which has been incredible - she's 91! It was a big (and emotional) step moving our beloved Grandma into a care home, but we are so pleased to have found the perfect place for her. She's very happy about it too!

Mum has been in Lindau care home for four months and couldn't be in a better place. She is very happy and well looked after. The staff are very friendly and professional. The care is excellent. Mum has a lovely room and feels very safe in the home. It gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that mum is so happy and well looked after.

I love this place! From the start, it's such a welcoming home, where everyone is treated as family. The staff have taken time to understand my mother and her individual needs, and she is so well looked after. Any issues or changes are communicated well to me and I just feel that they have her best interests at heart.

Walking through the front door at Lindau we immediately felt a warmth and security that we desperately needed for our mum who sadly was no longer able to live independently. The residents were all happily enjoying group activities in the spacious lounge area. A sense of family which was so important to us. From the day mum moved to Lindau in August, her care has been exemplary. We are completely reassured of the highest regard to her health and well being from the most attentive, friendly and discreet care professionals. The home is organised, efficient, spotlessly clean and in good order. Plenty of activities both at Lindau and in the community. From quality meal option choices to inclusion in activity planning , residents are encouraged to put their ideas forward. Family are welcomed without hesitation into the home and kept up to date and involved in every aspect of their loved one's welfare. Our mum feels secure and relaxed knowing she can let go of the worries of the world.

As soon as we visited Lindau we knew it was the right place for mum. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, homely and welcoming. It really is an amazing place with wonderful staff who really care . Staff seem really happy and it's so nice to see the lovely relationship they share with the residents. Mum has settled really well in the few weeks she has been there. A big thank you to everyone.

Everybody so helpful, especially management and staff, such a lovely care home. Residents all seem so happy and contented. If I ever needed to go to a care home, this is where I would love to come to.

My dad went into respite as my mum couldn't cope, due to going into hospital for an operation. He is struggling with Alzheimer's, and doesn't understand. He's had his moments in Lindau, but the staff have been fantastic. They have been very supportive to both my dad and myself. The communication is second to none both over the phone and in person. Everytime I visit my dad, there is always something happening arts n crafts, music hour, quizzes and the list goes on. I only hope when I get to being of said age, that Lindau is still running as I'd love to be able to stay with them. I'm even thinking about volunteering there.

On our initial visit to Lindau we instantly felt the home had a friendly, relaxed and happy atmosphere. The rapport between the staff and residents was amazing. My mum was visited the following day at her home which helped to reassure her. We then had a few visits to introduce her to staff and familiarize her with the layout of the home. Mum joined in some of the many activities Lindau offers. The care mum has received since moving into Lindau has been excellent and she is very happy and settled. I would definitely recommend Lindau for anyone looking for care for their family members.

Since my dad has been here he's made a great improvement. He is very happy and content here. Staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Staff genuinely care about everyone and make such an effort in every aspect.

Brilliant care home!! Consistent, friendly but professional, care giving staff, who keep us informed of how our dad is, his needs, any changes in his behaviour and engages dad with activities in & outside the care home and provide him with a lovely room. Thankyou

Both my parents started being cared for by Lindau about 3 years ago. My dad died peacefully at Lindau last year. The staff are very kind and caring. We looked at several homes before we decided on Lindau, and don't regret it one bit. They go above and beyond for their residents.

We cannot praise Lindau Home and staff enough, we are local to the home and pop in regularly to visit Dad. Everyone is always happy, both staff and residents. Everywhere is clean, Dad is very happy there, says he feels like he is on holiday. His health, mobility and well-being have improved immensely due to the hard working staff. It is such a relief to all the family knowing he is being looked after and is happy.

My father has been placed in Lindau for a period of respite. He seems happy and is enjoying the room he has and the food. He says the carers are always there to help.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have never been kept waiting to be admitted to the care home. During a difficult time for the family the staff have been compassionate and understanding. The residents are well cared for, respected and attended to promptly. The environment is clean and tidy with different areas for the residents and visitors to gather. There are regular activities, and outings for those who are able. There always seems to be plenty of staff on duty and they appear to be happy and work well together.

The staff here are extremely caring towards all the residents, a very well-run care home, every time I visit my Dad I am told how he's doing and how much they love having him there. There are always a variety of activities arranged and excursions out. I did not think my dad would settle as quickly as he has, but he seems to be very happy here and always tells me how well he's looked after. All the staff are friendly and do an amazing job.

A very well-run care home staffed by dedicated, kind and highly professional who put the wellbeing of residents to the forefront. My father has been at Lindau for only a few weeks but has adapted well thanks to the kindness and care he has found here.

We needed a respite placement urgently and staff come out the same day to assess my wife. She was accepted and settled in the following day. Unfortunately for us, the respite care has now turned into full-time placement. We have found that the staff at all levels to be very friendly and helpful. The staff all look to be happy to work there and greet me by name when I visit and let me know how my wife is getting on. The care that my wife is receiving is excellent. The manager and her staff are really on the ball and very caring, which gives me great peace of mind.
