The care at Bridge is amazing. The carers are wonderful and treat residents with great respect. In my case, my mother is very difficult and the job of the carers is hard. But they never show impatience.

Mum's capacity to look after herself was so impaired when she came to Bridge Haven. Now, with the excelent care that she has recieved she looks stronger and stronger and more mentally capable. She is a change person and back to her old self! Thank you for the care you given Mum and a new lease of life.

The staff are all friendly and professional which is real credit to them all. The only other comments (and I am writing in haste) is that I really believe an more cared for garden would bring real health benefits to all - including staff.

Mum has been at Bridge Haven for 3 1/2 years now and although her dementia has deteriated over that time the care and professionalism of the staff has been very good. They are always smiling and happy to see me come in to visit. Although her dementia has stopped Mum from taking part in activities there is so much going on around her. Feel happy in the knowledge that she is well looked after

The care my mum receives is second to none. They are able to talk to mum + cheer her up if needed or help her when she is really confused to settle her. One member of staff, in particular, is really good to mum.

I try to visit regularly to Bridge Haven. I have always found the staff to be very kind and caring to the residents. They offer a wide rang of activities to engage with the residents.

Very attentive staff who are quick to respond to Mum's needs. Fabulous range of activities. Staff are professional and courteous. Mum is very well looked after.

I visited Bridge Haven on many occasions and was blown away by the staff. The care team were amazing. Kind, caring, gentle and attentive. I hope I don't need a care home in the future but I have told my family I would be happy to go here.

Bridge Haven Care Home is a lovely place, all the staff are very friendly and approachable. My mum has settled very well and is very happy. We were concerned about her going into care but the home was wonderful from day one and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our friend is well cared for and looked after and will be. One member of staff, in particular, has looked after my friend and is always kind and cheerful, takes his job very well and is always keeping us in the picture. My wife and I are always welcome.

My personal thanks to all the staff for being extremely attentive and supportive, one member of staff, in particular, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel safe and cared for. All staff are caring, it is very clean and airy. It is lovely to see just how fond the staff are with their patients. Keep up the good work.

Mother has been in the home for over 12 months. Staff are welcoming and know who I am here to see. Staff are attentive and friendly to my mother who has advanced dementia and Parkinson's. Key staff tend to ensure mum feels comfy and relaxed. Always staff present and happy to help. Make visits more enjoyable and reassuring.

Staff are very kind to my mother and all her needs met. The meals look appetising and Mum has put on weight! She has a lovely room that staff keep clean and tidy.

Bridge Haven is a fabulous care home providing care, support and companionship for both residents and relatives. I have found the team from carers to senior management open, approachable and thoroughly professional. My relative cannot speak highly enough of the team.

My mum has been smiling from ear to ear since coming to Bridge Haven Care Home. The staff are very friendly and always make Mum feel welcome and involved in all activities.

My mum went to Bridge Haven Care Home in November last year after her previous home closed down. I have nothing but praise for all the staff taking care of my mum; she now has everything she has craved since she was diagnosed with vascular dementia. It was so hard at home, but knowing she is being looked after and having a range of activities to keep her occupied is lovely to know and stops me worrying about her. I see her every week, and the look on her face when she sees me melts my heart. Thank you to everyone at Bridge. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me.

After looking at 27 other homes, we struck gold with this one. Care and interaction are spot on, and the activities are often and engaging for the residents. My mum thinks of Bridge Haven as home. Bridge Haven suffers from the same government underinvestment as all others, but they hide it the best.

I would highly recommend Bridge Haven Care Home. It has a lovely feel about it. The lounges are set out really well rather than residents all sitting around in a circle. My mum is really happy here and has been here over a year and a half now and I am very pleased with the home. The staff are lovely. Very caring and understanding and keep the family updated at all times. It is lovely to see their social media page with my mum's smiling face on there from time to time so that we know what activities she has been up to.
