Avante Care and Support understands the importance of a good environment for residents living with dementia. Bridge Haven's refurbishment means it offers two beautifully designed suites called Bluebell and Primrose.
Many of the rooms have an added luxury of patio doors leading out to the secure gardens surrounding Bridge Haven. The home boasts a number of open plan lounges and dining areas with a style and view to suit everyone.
The fee covers all dietary and hydration requirements: breakfast, lunch/dinner and evening meal with snacks and drinks offered throughout the day; laundry; medication administration/assistance; entertainment/companionship; personal care, cleaning and some outings. Hairdressing is not included although hair washing and drying is provided under personal care. Newspapers and some outings are also not included. Top-up fees are considered.

Staff are lovely & very attentive, sometimes it looks like staff are under pressure and need more carers to help, as Sometimes residents are very needy and take up all of there time, the carers are great and do their best all the time.

I try to visit my Aunty as much as possible I have always found the staff very helpful and kind and considerate in their care of the residents. Its clean and tidy and there is lots of care and attention given. Its a lovely atmosphere. My Aynt seems very happy there.
