The communication between family members, managment and staff is very good. The activities arranged for the residents are well thought out, are on a regular basis and are all inclusive. As her family, we really appriciate and look forward to the news letters. The meals are nutritional with plenty of

My mum has been a resident for over a year and from the very first visits as respite she has been well looked after. All the staff are really friendly and many of them put in extra effort to make sure that my mum is as happy and relaxed as is possible. The staff at Amherst Court are its greatest asset.
That includes every department not just the carers. Everyone says hello and smiles when I visit.

We are very pleased that we chose Amherst Court for the care for our father. You are made to feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. All the staff whether on reception, housekeeper, the maintenance guy, all find the time to talk to you.
The care our father gets is excellent. Any issues,
you always get a telephone call or email to keep you informed. The cleanliness of the home is superb, and the turnaround of all the laundry is very quick.

My wife has been a resident at Parkview for two months. The staff are absolutely fantastic. You can imagine the trauma of losing you wife at night. I was very sad at home on my own. The staff allowed me to take her out every day. This has improved both our lives. Once again I cannot thank the wonderful

Riverdale has made such a difference to Mum. I know that she is safe and well looked after. They are so patient with Mum and always put her best needs first. Staff are so caring and friendly, but remain professional at all times. They are quick to respond but never appear flustered. They keep me well
informed of Mum's progress and are always approachable. Mum has a good variety of activities to help her mental health, physical and cognitive function. Thank you!

My father-in-law has been reluctant to move from his bed during the hot weather we have been experiencing, hence his food and liquid intake hasn't been good. We expressed concern to the senior on the ward, and later in the day, she emailed to say he had been encouraged out of bed and had eaten and drunk
as well. We really appreciated her taking the time to do this as it eased our mind on his wellness. We appreciate all the staff do for him, not only on the ward but reception, admin, canteen, domestics and hairdressing.

This is our first visit since the residents were moved to Primrose. I like it much better. The residents are closer together and feel like a community instead of being spaced so far apart. They seem much more involved with each other rather than falling asleep. The staff are very actively involved with

I try to visit my Aunty as much as possible I have always found the staff very helpful and kind and considerate in their care of the residents. Its clean and tidy and there is lots of care and attention given. Its a lovely atmosphere. My Aynt seems very happy there.
