The staff are attentive and caring, always ensuring dad is comfortable and well looked after. The home is clean and modern creating a pleasant environment with activities offered pleasant and engaging. As a family the home provides us with a safe and welcoming space to visit. Dad especially enjoys the
food, we sometimes feel there could be more staff but this no way reflects on the excellent care provided which is outstanding.

My sister was treated with loving care throughout her stay of 2 and a half years. The staff built a good relationship with her and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was adequate but needed a refresh and was often used as a store room.
On the off occasion the bedside table was grubby.
Food was
generally good, but repetitive.
Sally was local authority funded.

The staff were very welcoming and caring about their residence and visitors. Sometimes their meals needed to be vaired ie why put mash with sheperds pie, or semolina or rice pudding every other day - espeically as this is highlight of their day. Staff in all areas were very welcomh and did their jobs
well, nursing, laundry and cleaners.
Thank you for looking after our loved one, her care was paid for by the local authority.

The management and staff have displayed professionalism and genuine care. They provided invaluable support during the challenging process of moving Mum into the home for the first time. Their efforts made the transition smoother than anticipated, offering one-to-one attention to Mum after we left
her in their care. For the first 2 weeks, the staff maintained regular contact with us, keeping us informed about Mum's progress. Their approachability, friendliness, patience and compassion towards all residents has been evident every step of the way. The staff dedicate time to engaging with residents and ensure there are daily activities to keep everyone stimulated. Based on our experience, I would recommend Court Regis to anyone seeking a care home for a loved one in the Sittingbourne area.
Reply from Emma Hodges, Manager at Court RegisThank you so much for your kind words. During my visit yesterday 2 'outside' workers came in to dress a pressure wound. It's good that there is a 'team' working together to assist residents. I am very happy with the care given and I understand new staff have been employed to assist with activities. The new manager seems to be actioning new
ideas, e.g. staff and seniors on each wing, so it is easier to talk to the same staff about any issues/questions you may have and follow it through with the same staff. Overall from reception/admin, domestic, cleaning and care staff I am happy with the care given.

Wonderful care home. My lifelong friend had only been at Pilgrim's View for three days when I visited her. The staff were very kind and reassuring to her. I was impressed with the level of respect for each resident. Every resident was treated with dignity. It was a big transition for my friend and
they reassured her letting her know that she was part of the Pilgrim's View family now. I came over from Canada to see my friend. The staff were lovely to me too. The food is excellent. I had several lunches there. They were delicious, and I can honestly say they were better than those served at my hotel. I was also impressed with the many activities the residents are encouraged to enjoy. The building is spotless. Oh I also loved the Gazebo. My friend and I spent many an hour chatting in there after walking around the grounds. Thank-you all very much for taking such good care of my friend. I am thrilled she has found such a warm, caring home. Maureen C. (friend from Canada).

This is a friendly, caring home that suits Erica well (since she settled in) and she enjoys helping other residents and staff whenever she can. The morning activities seem to have slowed down and are fewer than 1 year ago, but whether this relates to the number of residents, an their interests... I'm
not sure...

My husband and I have visited our Mum to see how she is settling in and we have found staff to always be kind, compassionate and hardworking with everyone. We arrived one afternoon when the activity was Karaoke which was lovely as our Mum loves music and it was age appropriate and she was tapping away
and smiling/singing. The staff were enthusiastic too and creating a lovely atmosphere. We love her room and overall feel happy with the care provided by their friendly staff.
