My dad has dementia and is a resident of this care home. I was hesitant at first with him attending as he was unsettled with his previous care home and I just wasn't sure how he would be. I can honestly say, this care home is amazing. They cater to each resident's individual needs. My dad was a bit unsettled at first, but he has started to really settle well and have a sense of belonging within the home. The staff are very welcoming and my dad feels very comfortable with them. I have taken my dad out for the day and upon return he has settled back in with ease. We are also able to book lunch within the care home, so we are able to have lunch together. I'm able to visit with my children, so they were excited and comfortable to be able to be around their grandad. The Manager there is very good. She's very transparent and communicates well, which puts my mind at ease. My dad is very happy, comfortable and enjoys his time there, which is the greatest feeling for me.

So I booked a tour around Weybourne and was pleasantly surprised. I have just picked my husband up after his respite week and I just want to say thank you to all the staff who were friendly, welcoming, fun, caring, and communicated well with us both.
