The management and staff are wonderful, always happy and helpful and look after my dad very well. He's been happier than I've seen in a while. My dad loves the food and seems much physically healthier.

I'm happy overall and the staff that I met are lovely. Weekends are a different story. There seems to be less staff and Dad always looks tired and lethargic.

Overall Experience

My brother has been a resident at Weybourne for a year and a half and the care that he has received during this time has been outstanding. My brother is very settled and content at Weybourne and he appears well cared for which has had a very positive impact on his overall well-being. All the staff treat the residents with kindness and respect and Weybourne appears to be very well managed. The manager is very approachable and welcomes contact from relatives if there are any concerns. Activities and outings are very well organised. The multi-sensory garden is beautiful and this has been a collaborative activity with residents getting involved too. So much hard work by the staff has resulted in a lovely area that can be used all year round. The summer barbecue was a huge success this week and my brother loved it as the food was amazing as always! Regular relative meetings are organised informing everyone about plans and activities for the future. I highly recommend Weybourne Care Home.

It was a testing time placing my mother-in-law in a home, however, the staff have been amazing and helpful during the transition period. The different activities and 'going on's' show what a happy and helpful place this is.

My mother was in the above care home for one year. She received first-class care and I can honestly say she was kept clean and well-fed every day she was there. Her carers were loving and looked after her with great respect and love. Her room was always clean as was her bedding. Me and my family were all very happy with Weybourne Care Home.

Very well looked after. A great change for me because had to leave my home and became homeless. Great service - outstanding. Realised how very hard carers work. More personal care than in my hospital visit before Weybourne.

My sister has been at Weybourne for 2 years and she is more confident and happy. Weybourne is at very high standard. Manager always notifies me and keeps me posted even for little things which is lovely. Food is excellent according to my sister. I think this is an outstanding home and credit goes to the manager who trained her staff. Well done!

Weybourne is an outstanding care home and Mum is very happy to be here. The activities coordinator is fantastic and keeps Mum busy and feeling wanted. The food is amazing and diverse (all due to the chef). The care home manager is always approachable and receptive to suggestions. Our whole family are very fortunate to have Mum in Weybourne.

My dad was first admitted in May 2022. During the early part of his stay, I felt that his health suffered, due to water retention in his feet and legs. I raised this concern with the manager but mostly, I was ignored. It was very demoralising. Eventually, in April 2023, the home came under new management and I knew my dad was in kind, caring, capable hands so I didn't worry anymore. Also, the new manager was approachable, kind and a person of 'action', not just words.
