Well, what can I say one word really, outstanding. I am extremely happy with the service that my sister is receiving from your services. My mind is at ease knowing that she is being well looked after, the staff are extremely efficient and are always ready with a smile. I totally love the fact that they are not just left in a chair or a bed and that they still go out into the community and that there are activities put in place. I feel still totally satisfied with all the care that is provided.

I would like to leave my feedback to Weybourne I can't thank everyone, more importantly, everyone was lovely to my mum. Every time I came to see her, she looked always 'stunning' and always happy. I know everyone was looking after her well including myself. They went the extra mile with my mum until the end. The home manager worked the extra mile when I received the worst notice about mum but I felt so comfortable and loved with the bad news. She looked after me, and all of them looked after me. The manager opened Weybourn's door to me any time. I miss my mum and coming over and spending some time with them. They are very kind and care for me always.

My aunt is happy and very well cared for. She is communicative and more healthy than she's been for ages. The staff are friendly and warm. The facilities are colourful and welcoming.

We found the home to be a friendly and welcoming place. This reflects how we found my cousin, who was happy and content.

There was excellent service provided by the carers in this care home.

Our mum has been well looked after. The meals are okay and she's well hydrated. Room is comfortable and clean. Carers do all they can to make Mum safe and comfortable.

I would like to give a note of praise to the entertainment manager. His efforts to brighten up the home with Xmas decorations have made a big difference. Also full praise to the two young ladies who controlled the reception area, always a welcome smile and a pleasant chat, great ladies. A special thanks to the manager, would not be the same without her.

Staff very friendly and will go beyond their job roles to make sure residents are well cared for and happy took Mum out and you could see from social media what a wonderful time she had she might not remember her outing but we certainly will. They had a wonderful Christmas party and took time to involve all the residents could not speak more highly of the care Mum receives.

I am surprised at the level of care and love extended to residents my opinion is that Weybourne is more like a holiday camp. You hear so many bad things regarding care homes I don't know if this is an exception or the norm but very pleased. My mom is here and being looked after so well. Thank you Weybourne.

As requested I always notify the home of the day and time I will be visiting to take my aunt out for lunch. I ask them not to give her lunch that day and if possible have her ready at reception. Staff are meant to record the information in the notifications book. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I visited, my aunt was eating lunch in the dining room. I still took her out, but it spoiled the lunch trip out.

I am happy that she has settled into the care home and is well cared for.

My mother-in-law has settled in really well. She told me that she is very contented and feels safe. The gardens are lovely and calm to sit and chat. Your staff are all very welcoming and you can feel how much they care for all your residents.

Every time I leave this place, I know my mother is happy, looked after and safe. I'm so glad this is the home she is in.

Well done and thank you team for giving these people some sense of worth and well-being.

Superb care.Trying to be nice to people.Cheerful and upbeat in a trying environment. A lovely energy, supportive and sensitive. Don't know the cost. Not eaten food so can't comment.

My mum was suffering from dementia and needed 24-hour care and the care she received was absolutely fantastic. All the staff were fantastic to her and to me. They are all angels so caring and professional.
