Overall im happy with the care my Dad recieves..The staff are friedly and my dad seems to like them, and thats what matters to me.
The only negative id say is that we asked the manager a couple of months ago if Dad could be given a bigger room now that he is a perminant resident after his initial 6 weeks restbit. We would like to go as a family and sit in his room with him ,but the room.is to small.
I noticed a room next to dads room became vacant in that time, and then a new resident was assigned that room ..

Was a little annoyed as we had asked for a bigger room, and was willing to wait obviously untill one became avaliable, and to then see a room given to a new person i felt a bit let down..after the manager said she would bare in mind dad for the bigger room which he needs..

My mum has been a resident at this care home for a few years now, and overall we have been very happy with the care she has received.
The reception staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which makes such a positive difference every time we visit. A special mention has to go to Annette from the entertainment team. She is absolutely amazing! Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She works so hard to keep the residents engaged with fun and meaningful activities, and it's clear how much she genuinely cares about them.

Thank you to everyone at the care home for looking after my mum and helping to make it a warm and caring place for her.

My wife has been a resident at Parkview for two months. The staff are absolutely fantastic. You can imagine the trauma of losing you wife at night. I was very sad at home on my own. The staff allowed me to take her out every day. This has improved both our lives. Once again I cannot thank the wonderful staff for looking after my wife so well.

I have been very impressed how my mother has been looked after. The personal care is very good but is done so resident still has dignity. Food is excellent as residents are blessed with good cook! Most of all the residents have lots of activities most days: singing, dancing, making things etc. Also sometimes the residents go out with staff and have fun.

My Father has been a resident at this home over the past 10months. During this time has has flourished and very well looked after. He has loved every minute and is always complimenting the staff when we visit. There has been time when he has fallen in some way and the staff have reacted well and kept us informed as required. This has also been the case when he has been admitted into hospital where they kept in touch and asked after his welfare. This is an outstanding care home with outstanding staff and I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. 5* service always.

This care-home is amazing, plenty of activities for all the residents to enjoy if they wish to do so. The staff are respectful and appear kind to the residents. It is clean and tidy, good food and has a great garden area where residents can enjoy and take in the view. It seems a happy environment too. Our lovely friend has been in this care-home for several weeks and is really enjoying her time there.

It was such a relief to have my vulnerable, elderly sister accepted by Parkview Care Home. Her dementia progression had made it impossible for her to continue living alone in her flat, even with four visits a day from carers. From the day she arrived she has been well looked after.
The greatest asset of any organisation is the staff. True indeed, for Parkview Care Home. Friendly, accommodating, nothing is too trouble. My sister loved the entertainment, missing for so long in her solitary life. Mixing and socialising with others was a real treat. The one to one attention and support was a blessing. Her room was immaculate and having her own walk in shower was the cherry on the cake; no more climbing awkwardly (and falling) into the bath!

Parkview Care Home Bexleyheath. Highly commended!

Parkview is the most wonderful place, we could not be happier with the care and support you have provided Mum.
We have had a difficult few years with Mum still loving alone but since she arrived at Parkview in November I can honestly say, it is like a weight of worry has been lifted. We know she is safe, cared for and happy.
All of the staff have endless patience and nothing is too much trouble. The staff have taken time to get to know my Mum as a person and her interests, and this is reflected in how well she has settled in.

We cannot thank all the staff enough for their continued care.

Still breaks my heart to see my beautiful wife end her days like this, but content with the knowledge that she is in the best place. The home is so well run, always clean, warm and comfortable, and the staff are exceptional, doing a very difficult job with patience, caring, and understanding. As much as I love my wife, I'm not sure I could give her what she gets from the caring staff at Parkview. Can't see their wings, but angels, every one of them. Keep up the good work.

My father was in Park View for respite care and was very happy in the home, always smiling and well looked after. The staff are always about to ensure the care and safety of the residents and ensuring they are entertained regularly, either by group exercise, or external people coming in to entertain and stimulate the residents.

Guests are always made welcome and encouraged to join in with activities. This was so important for my mother who after over 60 years of being married found it hard to see my father going into a care home even for respite. Bringing them together in a happy and fun environment made it so much easier for her to cope with the separation.

My mother has been a resident here for 5 1/2 years. She was always treated with respect and dignity. The carers and management show such care and consideration to the residents. They make the activities fun and encourage everyone to join in. Sometimes Mum would just be happy to watch she was never forced to do anything she didn't want to do. Mum passed away there in July this year. We were both looked after so well I cannot fault the staff. They made mums last year's happy one for all of us.
