They are looking after my mother

The communication between family members, managment and staff is very good. The activities arranged for the residents are well thought out, are on a regular basis and are all inclusive. As her family, we really appriciate and look forward to the news letters. The meals are nutritional with plenty of refreshments and occassional treats.

My wife has been a resident at Parkview for two months. The staff are absolutely fantastic. You can imagine the trauma of losing you wife at night. I was very sad at home on my own. The staff allowed me to take her out every day. This has improved both our lives. Once again I cannot thank the wonderful staff for looking after my wife so well.

Riverdale has made such a difference to Mum. I know that she is safe and well looked after. They are so patient with Mum and always put her best needs first. Staff are so caring and friendly, but remain professional at all times. They are quick to respond but never appear flustered. They keep me well informed of Mum's progress and are always approachable. Mum has a good variety of activities to help her mental health, physical and cognitive function. Thank you!

When you arrive at the home it is very welcoming. The staff are very nice and hands on with the clients who become like family. The place is always clean and tidy, rooms clean. They are very good at looking after every client. I would recommend this home to anybody who needs care. Thank you.

Very pleased with how Mum is being looked after. Know we can phone any time and talk to her. Always made welcome when we visit.

We are very happy with the care our mum receives and how she is treated with such care and dignity. They have truly got to know her and her needs and act accordingly.

Mum moved into Northbourne Court in December 25. We are really happy with the standards here. The accommodation is fine. The big plus is the staff who are caring and seem to do their best for the residents.

The home is lovely, staff are approachable. Standard of care is very good.

The staff are attentive and caring, always ensuring dad is comfortable and well looked after. The home is clean and modern creating a pleasant environment with activities offered pleasant and engaging. As a family the home provides us with a safe and welcoming space to visit. Dad especially enjoys the food, we sometimes feel there could be more staff but this no way reflects on the excellent care provided which is outstanding.

My mum is a resident; she is 102 years of age. I don't think she would be alive if it weren't for the dedication of the staff and the ethos of Weybourne. I am content that my mum is in good hands and is well looked after. Thank you.

I am so pleased with Riverdale care home it's a fantastic care home. Staff are so caring and friendly, polite, couldn't wish for a better care home for my husband. It makes me feel at ease knowing that he is being taken care of. Thanks to all staff. To me they are all angels.

I have been very impressed how my mother has been looked after. The personal care is very good but is done so resident still has dignity. Food is excellent as residents are blessed with good cook! Most of all the residents have lots of activities most days: singing, dancing, making things etc. Also sometimes the residents go out with staff and have fun.

The staff is very professional very caring. Always helpful.

Just like to say what a great care home. Mum came in February 2025 straight from hospital after a fall. She suffers with Dementia and didn't know how she would cope in a care home. Well, what a surprise after a year. At first she moaned that she didn't want to be there. Now she is happy and contented. What a difference! It is comforting to know that she is well looked after by all the staff. What a wonderful group of carers you all are. It is a very warming atmosphere when we visit. Well done to you all. We had a lovely afternoon and the lunch was perfect. It made an afternoon visit memorable and we both hope it will be repeated later next year (easter?).

I am so happy my wife (Christine) feels so content here and is being cared for all the staff are very courteous and show so much compassion. The xmas lunch was so well organised, compliments to all the staff involved, especially Deanne and the chef! Well done.

We came and had a lovely Christmas lunch with my mum at Northbourne care home with my mum. It was a really lovely afternoon and great ti spend a lovely day with mum at a special time. Thank you to Deanne and team for such a special afternoon.
