Mum came in July due to worsening Dementia. As soon as I walked in I knew this was the place for mum. Jackie on reception was so nice and welcoming. Mum has settled so well. She joins in the activities and she is laughing and joking with the staff. All the staff are caring and helpful. They are lovely
with all of the residents. The activity ladies (Pansy and Vicky) and all of the other ladies and gentlemen whose names I don't know, are all amazing. I would highly recommend them.
Reply from Eddie Hall, Deputy Manager at Riverdale Court

Thank you for your kind words. I will share your compliments to the team, it is our pleasure to have your mum with us, she is very pleasant lady. Once again, thank you. From Riverdale Court team.

My experience this week was fantastic. For the first time my mother slept soundly and me and my mother can bond now and I believe forever in the mighty name of Jesus! God can only be the reason for this. I thank all the staff of Puddingstone Grange, you are all indeed fantastic. My mother even said
we need to give the home something for the outing yesterday.

Since my mother became a resident in June 2024 the staff have really got to know her and thanks to them she seems very happy, settled and well looked after. The calm, professional way the staff look after everyone is very reassuring and are always available to answer any questions and willing with anything
to help.

Over all only satisfactory. Would like to hear more please and thank you to residents. I strongly disagree with changing residents into night clothes at 4pm in the afternoon and then returning them to the lounge especially when visitors are present. I have worked as a night sister in a nursing home
so have very high standards and expectations.

My Father has been a resident at this home over the past 10months. During this time has has flourished and very well looked after. He has loved every minute and is always complimenting the staff when we visit. There has been time when he has fallen in some way and the staff have reacted well and kept
us informed as required. This has also been the case when he has been admitted into hospital where they kept in touch and asked after his welfare. This is an outstanding care home with outstanding staff and I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. 5* service always.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Please be assured that we have shared your lovely review with the team. It has been a pleasure, and a true privilege, to care for your father. Thank you for entrusting your father into our care at Parkview. It truly means the world to receive such lovely feedback. We are pleased, and re-assured, to hear that you feel instances of falls, or accidents, had been well managed and that you feel you, as a family, were kept well informed. Many thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. This is greatly valued and appreciated. Best wishes, Home Management Team.

This care-home is amazing, plenty of activities for all the residents to enjoy if they wish to do so. The staff are respectful and appear kind to the residents. It is clean and tidy, good food and has a great garden area where residents can enjoy and take in the view. It seems a happy environment too.
Our lovely friend has been in this care-home for several weeks and is really enjoying her time there.

It was such a relief to have my vulnerable, elderly sister accepted by Parkview Care Home. Her dementia progression had made it impossible for her to continue living alone in her flat, even with four visits a day from carers. From the day she arrived she has been well looked after.
The greatest
asset of any organisation is the staff. True indeed, for Parkview Care Home. Friendly, accommodating, nothing is too trouble. My sister loved the entertainment, missing for so long in her solitary life. Mixing and socialising with others was a real treat. The one to one attention and support was a blessing. Her room was immaculate and having her own walk in shower was the cherry on the cake; no more climbing awkwardly (and falling) into the bath!
Parkview Care Home Bexleyheath. Highly commended!

We visited for mums 103rd birthday and were hugely touched and appreciative of the effort the team had gone to make her day special. Balloon decorations, banners and special photos displayed. Mum was animated and happier than we have seen her in some while. The care shown by the team is evident. Thank
you.

My mum has been in Weybourne for over 5 years now. The care and support given to Mum and us as a family is exceptional. I visit regularly and the staff are always happy, engaging with residents. Mum is always clean and appropriately dressed. I cannot praise the staff for their level of care and compassion,
often under difficult circumstances.
