Full of false promises and hope. If you are looking for a long term care plan for your family member, do not look here. A home for life is not what you get, you can be removed at a moments notice despite the promises made in the beginning. The service user will fit in with the staff not the other
way round, hardly a home from home. Awful management and staff. Only want an easy life for themselves. Save yourself a lot of problems and look elsewhere.
