As a family we have nothing but praise and admiration for every member of staff that we have dealings with. The kindness, thoughtfulness and care that is shown to each and every resident is exemplary. Well done to every member of staff!

I find the care and attention mum gets from the staff is excellent,all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The home is well kept and there is always plenty for the residents to do ,no worries at all x

My husband has been at Woodstock since August 2024 and I have to say I couldn't be more happy with his care.
The staff are all friendly and approachable and they are caring and thoughtful to his needs.

Always friendly and happy staff. The enviroment is always clean and tidy and 'fresh'

It was Dad's 90th birthday, everyone was brilliant and made the day very special. he had a cake and decorations plus there was a singer on that day as well.

I am always greeted by a smiling member of staff. I am able to see my friend and chat in a comfortable place. My friend is well dressed and looking cared for, e.g., hair neat and tidy, nails varnished. Staff friendly and helpful.

Mum is cared for well and all her needs are met she struggles to eat the food she is given sometimes but I've relayed this and she is being monitored now at mealtimes most of the time.
Her clothes are still a bit of an issue as in she dressed in clothes other than her own on occasions.

We are very happy with the care my dad is receiving. The staff (day) are really friendly and helpful. I think the home goes out of there way to entertain the residents.

The staff are all very friendly and keen to please both my mother and me. Observations/ concerns have been listened to and acted upon. There is a varied activities programme which is shared weekly. Her bedroom is kept clean and tidy. The catering provided is excellent. Any concerns from the home are
shared asap with me.

I am always made very welcome. Mum is well looked after, and I am impressed by the food and the activities provided for the residents.

Dad has been at Woodstock for a couple of years now. He knows the building well as his father helped build the original house. This means that Dad had a connection to the place from the start. He is very aware of things and his dementia is very mild, but he also has mobility issues and short term
memory is very poor. He found the transition to a home very hard and resisted the move. However, he was treated with kindness and dignity from the outset. The staff are all, without exception, amazing. I am unable to visit as often as I would wish as I live many hours away. However, I know that Dad is in the best possible place, receiving top class care. All the staff (handpicked for their qualities I feel certain) are helpful, kind, hardworking and amazingly supportive to their residents. This Care home is well run from every aspect. There is plenty to keep the residents active and entertained. Best Care home EVER!!!

I recommend Woodstock Care Home highly for its care, understanding and professionalism ,always approachable and more like part of our family than a care home.They have all been exceptional with my Dad,Brian ,for Day care and given us the much needed break when required, which has then enabled us to
cope with every day life caring for someone with Dementia. A big thank you from us all x

This place is a real 'Home'. Just dropped dad off there for daycare today and a member of staff recognised him and gave him a big smile and a wave. Made his day! He couldn't get in there fast enough. It's normally so difficult due to his Alzheimer's and this natural gesture meant the world to Dad
and me. Thank you.

All staff have a heart of gold. The care that my mother-in-law gets at Woodstock is excellent. I'm so pleased with care and activities.

Mum and dad have been here over a year now and but they both struggle at times, they are treated with dignity and respect. The few issues we have raised as a family are always dealt with promptly.

Staff are very friendly and caring, that go above and beyond. Dad's care is exceptional.

All staff are very helpful and attentive. Where we have raised any issues these have been acted on speedily. Equally if he has needed additional medication or other issues they have notified me straight away. My dad is still settling in but I have no concerns or issues and I am pleased with the
choice of care home.
