View Full Details of Madley Park HouseMy experience on Tuesday ,meeting the manager was so welcoming. No one knew I was popping by I was treated so kindly taken round straight away even though it was just after lunch the Home smelt nice everyone was friendly. Cleanliness was outstanding . Nothing was too much trouble, staff treated the residents with care and patience & the few I met ,seemed good fun. I popped by for a neighbour of mine who's is really finding life rather difficult at 94, I have recommended her to come here. I'd like to book in myself ! The menu looks amazing lots to choose from and the manager said ,we try and cook whatever the residents would like. If it's not on the menu, we try to cook what they would like so that they feel at home here . The manager came out to see my friend today as she felt nervous to visit the home . Amazing , thank you and we've been invited back for lunch to see how we like both it . Thank you I shall recommend your home because I was so impressed with what I saw. Thank you
The manager and all the staff looking after my partner love and kindness and cleanness always great me with respect the food is very good. From me I would like to thank everyone for the care and puts my mind at ease knowing my partner is being looked after.
Mum likes it here, gets on with all the staff. Likes to do the activities good that there back. All staff are caring.
I like it here and get on with everybody.
Very sadly my partner was unwell and passed away on 2nd Jan 2025. He had been at Madley Park for 5½ years. During that time I saw nothing but love, assistance and care of the highest order. The team were very supportive of him and of me in the weeks leading up to his passing. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew that in the hours I was absent, he would have been looked after with great care. After his passing, three members of the team gave their time to come to his cremation, which was much appreciated. A tree has been planted in the garden for my partner and without asking, it was arranged that an older bench would be refurbished and made to look like new and a most lovely plaque bearing his name with a message was attached to it. The bench is positioned in the garden to make it a nice space for me or anyone else to sit and enjoy the peace. I have returned to the home since and receive a wonderful, warm, welcome. It is a special place and highly recommended.
My mum is happy at Madley House, she has a comfortable room, and the care she receives is good.
I found the home to be a delight to visit, very friendly staff and happy residents. Lots of activities for Christmas going on. I was made to feel very welcome and offered a cup of tea or coffee. The decorations in the home were lovely and everyone, residents and staff, were in the Christmas spirit, making for a lovely atmosphere.
Excellent, friendly staff and lovely environment.
Madley Park House Care Home is a very friendly and caring place to live. The staff are engaging and willing to do whatever is asked of them. Madley Park is a bright and comfortable place for the residents.
Since Mum moved here five months ago, she has been extremely well looked after. The staff are caring and friendly and always on hand to help. The care home manager is lovely, very approachable and has a good relationship with the residents and their families. Daily activities are arranged for everyone to participate in if they want to. I've already recommended this home to a friend's mother, who has settled in well. If you are looking for a lovely, caring home, this is the place to go.
Been in a few homes because of my injured hips. The care and staff are second to none.
Unexpected admission to “care” found Madley a home from home. Care, kindness, friendship are unbelievable. The thought that this is my long-term home is very pleasing, something that coming into care could have been a nightmare.
My Grandmother went to Madley Park on respite and now is a permanent resident. The team at Madley have been nothing but amazing with my 93-year-old grandmother! The care, compassion and kindness shown by the staff is exceptional. The care home manager is such an asset to the home and from the outset of visiting, she has been there for all our questions and reassurance during such a big change for us all. I cannot thank the team enough for what they continue to do! Thank you!
My 93-year-old mum went in for respite care in November and from the moment we walked in, mum was treated with respect and kindness. Mum is now staying on a permanent basis and is so happy and relaxed. She is a very bright 93-year-old and conveys to me that everyone is so kind and caring, which is what I witness when visiting regularly. We as a family are also made to feel so welcome. The manager is one in a million, that lady goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are cared for, have fun and enjoy life. I feel that this ethos radiates to the team and therefore the home has such a lovely feel about it. We feel so lucky to have been able to get mum into Madley Park House, and cannot say enough about them, just great.
I am very happy here I always speak highly of all staff. I came here from hospital having been advised by my consultant not to live alone due to depression and self-neglect. Since coming here four years ago, I have improved greatly. Everyone has been so kind and understanding. We all enjoy going out in the minibus and joining in with various activities. I need a wheelchair outside and someone is always helpful with this.
The staff are very helpful and the residents enjoy the singing together. It is a fun experience in a great environment.
I think Madley Park House is a brilliant care home with exceptional staff. They always create a lovely homely environment. As a visitor, I always feel so welcomed and often enjoy a coffee and biscuit with my nan which feels like I am with her at home. I can't thank them enough for all their kindness.
Madley Park House is a wonderful place for Mum to be. All the lovely staff are so kind, caring and very professional. We always feel welcome there anytime, day or night. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
Fantastic care home! Welcoming, warm, friendly and above all homely! All the staff are always going above and beyond and have all of the resident's best interests at heart. Any queries are quickly dealt with and staff always have the time to chat and help out. I feel very happy with Dad being here, knowing he is so well looked after and cared for. I would not want him anywhere else! A strong management ensures a very efficient staff team who always ensure that residents and visitors have a very positive experience. Food and drinks I have seen served always look very appetising and they even have a fish and chip van and ice cream van visit to add a bit of variety and different experiences!
My father-in-law was taken into Madley Park as an emergency respite who suddenly and unexpectedly needed care following numerous panic attacks. The staff were amazing in dealing with an unexpected and difficult situation. They made us feel that he was safe, secure and well looked after. The manager ensured we knew the processes in place and updated us regularly. The food we saw during our visits looked appetising and plentiful and all the staff are very warm and caring. Could not ask for a better team to be caring for Dad.
