I was really impressed about the carehome when I visited a friend. Very neat, feels like home, and well organised and it is clear that residents' well being are a top priority. All lovely staff and genuinely respectful towards residents. Highly recommended care home to anyone seeking a caring,
supportive and feels like home environment.

All the staff members are friendly, kind, considerate and incredibly helpful. The home is always welcoming and clean with a happy and positive atmosphere. Their garden is so lovely and well-maintained. The residents are looked after very well. Cossins House is truly a home away from home.

This is the most loveliest home I have visited. The most friendly welcome every time I visit my friend. The staff are incredible. Activities are amazing with a large variety to suit all. All team members engage with the residents and they are all so happy. I would highly recommend this care home. I
feel so at home when I visit here.

Cossins Care Home has been absolutely wonderful for my Mum who has been a resident for the last year and a half. The staff are absolutely wonderful, caring and thougtful people and Mum is very fond of them. The gardens are so pretty with flowers and shrubs and you will often find the chickens and
their chicks out and about in the flower beds. There is plenty of entertainment, games, quizes and special occasions like BBQs and Summer Parties. I cannot recommend Cossins House highly enough.

My mother has been resident at Cossins House for more than two years. She has been receiving excellent care throughout that time and finds the home comfortable and homely, and is able to choose well-cooked meals that suit her taste. The staff are exemplary, providing a safe, caring, and engaging
environment. Several of them have worked at Cossins for many years, and every member of staff knows my mum, and our family, and treat her with dignity and as an individual. Although the building is old it is kept in immaculate condition, with well decorated en-suite rooms which look out over the lovely gardens. We could not be happier with the care that our mum receives at Cossins House.

It's not just the physical environment that makes Cossins House exceptional (delicious food and beautiful gardens) - it is the attentive, compassionate and patient care given by all staff. Seamless co-ordination between the team and local services gives confidence that the medical needs of
residents are met and pre-empted, taking away a lot of worry. The atmosphere is friendly and staff are always ready with a smile and a sense of humour. Varied activities are provided and are adjusted dependent on residents' abilities and interests. Staff take the trouble to get to know residents and tailor their care to their habits, likes and dislikes. Thank you to the Cossins Team who go above and beyond.

This care home is exemplary. My mother has received the very best care from the amazing staff at every level. They have always been welcoming to us and my mother really feels at home here. Her health and mobility has dramatically improved since she has been here. Thank you to all at Barchester

Excellent home. Friendly, efficient, amazing care for residents. Staff are brilliant. Residents are all kept immaculately dressed. Such a happy place - can't fault it.

The staff here continue to take such good care of my wife even as the help she needs increases. She enjoyed her trip out to a local garden centre recently.
Yesterday she was sitting outside in the sun with others when I visited with my son. When I told them that it was his birthday, all the staff
came out to sing happy birthday to him. This is how memories are made.

Couldn’t wish for more kindness and attention than I get here at Cossins House from all the staff. The food is excellent, activities are wonderful and I even have luxuries by having my nails done on a regular basis. I’m comfortable and very happy here.

I was very pleasantly surprised to arrive here at Cossins in August 2023 to a very warm welcome from the staff. Since then, I have been treated very well in all manner of ways, from being washed and dressed in the morning, to throughout the day when I have been given cups of tea often. The Activity
Coordinator provides us with a number of activities to help our well-being, mental and physical.

Best move I ever made. Barchester Cossins House Care Home is wonderful, lots of activities and great staff team. I have never been so happy and can be myself. The grounds are beautiful and I love to walk each day. Very friendly and made many new friends.

Cossins House is an excellent care home. My 90-year-old mum stayed for respite after a hospital visit and was treated with great love and kindness. The staff treated her with dignity at all times, the facilities were superb and the food was wholesome and nutritious. Mum was hesitant about staying in
a care home, but they built up her strength and confidence, so that she was able to return home easier, certainly made a difficult time for our family much easier to cope with.

With only the eyes of a visitor to the home I can only imagine that the residents are the luckiest people to be able to spend their days at Cossins. The atmosphere is so friendly and the attitude of all the staff is one of cheerful, dedicated care. The house is immaculately clean and the grounds are
a joy to walk in. I would recommend Cossins to anyone.
