Absolutely fantastic. My grandmother recently moved to Hill Brow and is settling in really well. The staff are friendly, observant and quick to assist as well as always being available to provide a knowledgeable update on my grandmother. Hill Brow is beautifully furnished and homely which is a huge
comfort to residents. Meals are 5 star and options are available to cater for all. Hill Brow provides all week round entertainment including outings, craft and music and more. Fellow residents are lovely and there is a wonderful 'family' atmosphere. I have been left more than impressed with the home and staff at Hill Brow and their above and beyond reproach to making my grandmothers transition to residential care as best as possible.

I'm over the moon that Hill Brow had a place for my mum who has Alzheimer's.
All of the staff are very friendly and approachable. They went above & beyond to make her feel at home when she moved in two months ago.
She now feels very happy happy there and is settled.
Hill Brow has a very homely
feel, is warm and very clean. The food is very good too!

My mother was a resident at Hill Brow for 4 years until her recent passing.
During her stay she was extremely happy and content. It would be unfair to single out any member of staff as they all were so attentive and caring. Nothing was too much trouble 24 hrs a day.She had a lovely ground floor
room with patio doors leading onto a lovely kept garden .It was always a joy to arrive and see her sitting outside enjoying her cups of tea and newspapers. Food, entertainment and outings were so well geared for all residents with various needs.
The attention to detail in all matters was impressive .
We could not have wished for a better place for my mother to enjoy her final years at the age of 96.

HillBrow has been excellent for Dad. The care is consistent, warm and friendly and carried out with a smile. Staff are employed (not agency staff) often for a long time which is an indication as to how well they themselves are treated as valued employees.
The home is run professionally to a
high standard, the food is good and entertainment is plentiful for those who want to join in. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot fault any aspect of Hill Brow. The staff are exceptional, the procedures and policies are excellent and every aspect of care has been carefully thought out. The residents are treated with the utmost respect and the updates provided to the families of the residents are really informative and
helpful.

All staff are friendly and attentive and know relatives by name as well as residents. Residents are well cared for and happy, well fed get choice of food at every meal. Home is always warm and welcoming. There are activities planned for every day all week and relatives often encouraged to attend.

Hillbrow is maintained very well, clean and tidy.
The meals are cooked on site and are much enjoyed.
Twice a day there are activities and outings for the residents
There is a pleasant garden
The caring staff are mostly Nepalese and by tradition and nature are very caring and tolerant of elderly
residents.

My mum has been a resident at Hill Brow since late December 2024. She had experienced several falls whilst living at home and was quite frail when she arrived at Hill Brow. During the past 9 months her health has improved, she has gained a little weight and she is very happy.
The environment is
warm and friendly and every staff member I have encountered has treated mum with a wonderful friendly respect. There are so many activities every day that there is always something to stimulate and entertain.
I cannot thank the staff enough for all the care and attention they have given to my mum.

The standard of care and support for mum by the whole team at Hillbrow over the last two years has been excellent! We are happy in the knowledge that mum is in the best care home in the area and we could not wish for better

My mother has been at Hillbrow for over 3 years, it's was originally emotionally so hard to move her from her home and I was so worried she would decline.
However the opposite happened my mum gained weight and her health improved.
I cannot thank the team enough, they are amazing, kind and
loving mixed in with a lot of laughter.

I have been visiting my friend's Mum here for nearly two years and I have to say what a warm and friendly, more like family, environment the home is. She is usually having a laugh with one of the staff who are all polite, helpful and caring. There is a wide variety of activities to keep the
residents stimulated, including outings each week. The food is excellent, again a varied choice each day. The family BBQ's and quiz nights are very popular. A lovely place for loved ones to be cared for and safe.

My mother used to be a resident at Hillbrow and I have been a regular volunteer there for the last 3 years. All the staff are caring and all the residents are treated with kindness and respect. There is always a lot of laughter and the residents all look relaxed, happy and cared for. It is a very
happy residential home.

Friendly and helpful staff. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them. The staff members seem to have been employed at the home for long periods, therefore marvelous continuity. Lovely public rooms to sit in, and a marvelous conservatory.

My mother has been at Hill Brow for just over a year now and it has been heart warming to see the way staff treat my mum with such kindness, respect and dignity. Hill Brow is now like my extended family too, as I am always made to feel so at home whenever I visit, by both staff and residents! Both
my adult children have recently commented that they feel that their grandma is in a great home that has lovely staff. We all know that she is safe and well cared for and enjoying all the fabulous activities that Hill Brow offer. She loves having a giggle with the staff and residents and it's a joy to see her looking so relaxed. It's very reassuring to know that the home is managed so well. You can always ask questions, arrange a meeting, discuss a concern, etc. and they are always ready to listen. Thank you, Hill Brow.

Hill Brow is a wonderful care home with kind and helpful staff who are always on hand to support and care for my mum. There is a wide range of activities and outings that mum enjoys and if she wants to sit quietly in the conservatory then that is fine too. As relatives, we feel welcomed and
communication between the staff and us is excellent. I feel so reassured that mum is safe and happy in such a caring environment.

My Mum moved in a couple of months ago and has settled in fabulously. She has flourished here, her confidence has soared and she is back to her normal bubbly, chatty self after a tough time before moving. We can't praise the staff enough for welcoming her so kindly, involving her in all the

The home runs a comprehensive themed weekly activity schedule well suited to a variety of different abilities. The well thought out group activities get the residents moving/ thinking/ creating/ laughing/ dancing.
It's been such a comfort to see the updates and see my Nan smiling and having great
experiences.

My mum moved in to Hill Brow in December 2024 and she has settled in so quickly. The staff have made her feel so welcome and there are so many engaging activities, I've seen a real improvement. She loves the food and the green location with space to walk outdoors. It's great to see my mum so much
happier and it's a really nice place to go and visit her as well.

Such a lovely care home, staff are very helpful and friendly and I know always look after the residents with the utmost care and respect and as a visitor I am always made welcome. Special thanks to the lovely senior carer too!
