My husband has only recently moved into the care home, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care he has received so far. From the very beginning, the staff ahve been kind, patient, and genuinely caring, which has made what was a very difficult time for our family much easier. The home itself is
clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Overall, we feel reassured knowing my husband is being looked after in such a caring and well-run home. Thank you to everyone involved.

Although there has been lots of changed over the last few months we have been kept informed at all times. A monthly call to ask us if we are happy with everything which I like, it is hard to pleased all of the time but mostly very happy with the care and the staff. All very welcoming and know mum's
ways! Being mum is partially blind it hard to find things for her interests but she does join in some overall very happy. She is always clean and tidy and happy.

Staff at Tiltwood are always so welcoming to family and friends. The care they provide is excellent and my mum settled very quickly. I would say as more like family as they are so supportive and caring towards all the residents.

The staff here are lovely. They have really worked hard to settled my mum in with Dash + Richard really going the extra mile. Thats not to say the other carers + staff don't do the same. They have managed to get my mum walking again and she is very comfortable and relaxed. The occasional behaviour
is understood because they know who she normally is. The suite is tidy and ideal setting to promote independace + wellbeing.

I can honestly say Mum has settled into Tiltwood so well. We were very dubious about a care home setting but it was the best thing for her. She has gone up a dress size and is eating so much better now. The friendliness and care of the staff is outstanding. They are so caring and demonstrative which
Mum is thriving on. The staff throw themselves into planned activities and they have regular family meetings with opportunities to give feedback. Rooms are a little dated but the care is outstanding and that's what matters most. All residents seem happy and it's run like a family environment, which is lovely. They go the extra mile when we take her out they help her dress appropriately and want her to look her best. There is a hairdresser every week and chiropodist that visits. They genuinely care about the residents and it shines through. Mum says they are all lovely and she is very happy. What more could we want.

My stepfather has been resident now for 10 months. He has settled into his surroundings and has made friends with other residents and staff alike. He is very well cared for and always comments on how nice and kind the staff are. All staff treat him with dignity and respect, finding him an easy
man to look after. He is encouraged to join in the many activities, and although he doesn't always take part - he does enjoy those he does and is proud of his achievements and medals he is awarded! I particularly like the use of social media to inform family and friends of the various activities - which allows those who cannot visit so easily to see how he is doing. I find the staff and the care given professional, person-centred and consistent. All staff from front of house, support staff and care staff and management are friendly and welcoming at all times, and I feel welcome each time I visit. Communication is good from the office and I feel informed.

My mother is very well cared for by the staff at Tiltwood.
They ensure that she is able to interact with the other residents and regularly organise stimulating activities such as visits from local schoolchildren and animals, pizza making, etc. The armchair travel sessions to other countries are
truly ingenious and my mother really enjoys them.
I cannot praise the staff at Tiltwood highly enough.

My mother has improved both mentally and physically since she became a resident at Tiltwood. The staff are so friendly, caring and professional. They make all the residents feel totally at home. My mother is encouraged to associate with the other residents, as opposed to just sitting in her room.
Activities are organised regularly, such as baking, singing and talks. Whenever I visit my mother, I am offered tea and biscuits, which is such a nice thing to do. I am delighted that my mother is now part of the Tiltwood family.

We were deeply moved by the manager who swiftly assessed my father's needs despite the language barrier. He even created English-Chinese cards and researched translation apps to help staff communicate. His professionalism, empathy, and proactive approach to difficulties, ensured the best care for
residents.
Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team. They are kind, professional, and genuinely attentive to each resident. During visits, we noticed how well they knew and greeted residents warmly, offering personalized care. Thanks to the carers and the kitchen staff, who consistently ensured Dad's comfort and well-being. Their dedication to residents' health, medication, and daily needs is remarkable, always keeping families informed.
Tiltwood is clean, safe, and welcoming, with cosy spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the activities keep residents engaged. We are grateful for Dad in the Tiltwood home.

I am so pleased with the attentive care that my father and the other residents receive. Their individual needs are catered for so well. The staff regularly go out of their way sometimes on their days off to bring joy to their residents.

The staff at Tiltwood are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My mother enjoys being a resident so much. She thinks a lot of all the staff members and feels she is being looked after so well and has a lot of fun with them all. I'm very glad she is staying there.

Tiltwood are clearly making a great difference to my friend in residence. The regular activities, the environment to enable people to be active and the friendliness of staff is so important to make it a place that the residents can call home and be able to regain their living. They provide space to
go and visit when I am able to do so.
The only down side I have had on visiting as a guest is sometimes the toilets not so clean. But that's a thing that can't always be helped and not sure if there is a toilet that guests can use or are suposed to use.

Our mother has been in Tiltwood since October 2022. Since being there she has been more stimulated and seems happy. The home has a welcoming feel to it and staff are friendly and approachable.
We like the set up of the home too, with 10 residents to each unit, having their own lounge and kitchen
with bedrooms and bathrooms leading off a hallway making it feel more homely.
The entertainment team does a great job with different types of activities from cooking, painting, exercises etc.
The staff engages with the residents and us too.
We feel happy and relieved that our mum is in a good caring home.

My dad had been a permanent resident at Tiltwood since 2021. The care my dad receives is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. I am fortunate that I am able to visit very regularly - I am always made to feel very welcome. When I visit there are often social activities, which are varied and
mental and physically stimulating. These are especially enjoyed by my dad. Thank you, everyone, at Tiltwood, it is a joy to see my dad so happy and healthy.

My experience of Tiltwood has been outstanding. The care offered to my mum has improved her quality of life immensely. She is laughing and smiling so much more than before she was here. She has more friends and enjoys the activities very much. The whole family has been welcomed and though sometimes
upsetting we enjoy our visits very much.

Tiltwood is a place where all the family is welcomed. I regularly take the great grandchildren to see their nana. My experience has been that all the staff show great respect and kindness to all the residents in their care. They go above and beyond to facilitate the best possible experience for the
residents and their families.
Tiltwood is kept to a high standard. It is clean and very comfortable. The food is excellent and there is a huge variety of activities. There is also a lovely garden that everyone can use anytime.
I will be forever grateful for the care my mum receives at Tiltwood.

First visit to a friend of my dad. Quiet atmosphere here. The business manager was really friendly and took the time with us to talk to me (I run a care home too). The carer is clearly loving her job and is very good with the residents, you can see that.

Staff make residents' birthdays special for them by putting up balloons and banners. At teatime, residents are treated to homemade birthday cake and drinks. Staff and residents sang happy birthday to my mum and I was made welcome to participate and was included with cake and a glass of bucks fizz. I
really appreciated the effort staff put in.

Tiltwood are clearly making a great difference to my friend in residence. The regular activities, the environment to enable people to be active and the friendliness of staff is so important to make it a place that the residents can call home and be able to regain their living. They provide space to

The only down side I have had on visiting as a guest is sometimes the toilets not so clean. But that's a thing that can't always be helped and not sure if there is a toilet that guests can use or are suposed to use.
