My partner moved into the home a few weeks ago. He is happy, well looked after and enjoys sitting and talking with other residents and staff. The staff are very caring, and they have a good manager at the home.

My daughter was well and happy at first but now she is quiet and subdued, she is shaking so much now. At last, she has been given a ground floor room. She has a fear of stairs and this has been on all her notes from social services: (she was in a little attic room for over two years) the running of
the home has changed.

No deaths due to Covid which is very pleasing. Considerate and helpful. Will relate to individual needs and caring appropriately. Always busy getting on with jobs.

Mum has become too difficult for me to cope with in my home on my own anymore. They were very helpful in making the transition for both of us as stress-free as possible. Obviously, visiting has been a problem for everybody, but we are kept up to date. Mum had a couple of problems, one being a fall,
but management were very efficient in looking after her and keeping me informed.

My husband was sent home with the wrong towels, trousers and t-shirts.

I live 200 miles away and don't manage to visit my uncle very often. However, I am kept informed by the staff who are always most helpful. Whenever we visit we are warmly welcomed. There is a very friendly, caring atmosphere and everywhere seemed very clean. The homemade cakes are delicious.

On my visits to Jubilee Court, I have always been greeted with a smile and made welcome by the carers, the home gives a feeling of pleasant contentment there's always a carer available for a resident whatever the needs may be.

Care staff see to all the residents need lovely with smiles. Really make them feel at home. My husband gets bored as he was always making things but can't now as his hands are hard to manoeuvre. But the lovely girls know how to handle him.

We were very happy for my father to be welcomed into Jubilee Court to be cared for. The staff are welcoming, friendly, attentive and caring. No matter how many times we ring or visit (when we could visit) the staff are always on hand to answer our questions and assure us of Dad's health and care.
Dad's room is always clean and neat, despite him constantly packing things away. He is well-fed, kept clean - albeit not always in his own clothes, and the staff ensure his medication is taken exactly as prescribed. The staff are going above and beyond during this trying time.

Our mother had a stroke, she went into a couple of homes and they were unable to help her with her dementia illness. We moved her to Jubilee Court where she spent 3 years. The staff were well trained to help her with this cruel illness. She also couldn't walk so had to be hoisted, the care home was
far better for her needs than the nursing homes. The care my mother had was home from home and they loved her until she passed.

My husband only moved to Jubilee Court this month but I have found the staff to be courteous, very caring and the manager is very good. My husbands previous home the residents did not have a choice of food they just had to have what they were given, but here they get a good choice. His room is very
nice and they have allowed him to have pictures that he likes up. Overall I am very pleased.

When staff answer the door, they always have a smile and welcome you. Staff always ask if my sister and myself would like a drink.
They always let us know what and how our mother has been since our last visit. The whole care home is very clean and tidy, the patient's food is good and the care of
residents is excellent.
If Mother is poorly, they go the extra mile to keep her safe and warm, get the doctor in and attend to all of Mum's needs, especially as Mum is bedridden and can't communicate as she is in the last stages of dementia.

Jubilee Court manager and carers continue to care for my mother over the last six years. My mother is now bedridden and on end of life care. They continue to be very caring and so is Mum's doctor. My sister and I go and see Mum every week. We know all the staff and they treat us very well.

My mum called it her "home" and that is exactly what it is - a home but with care - "all inclusive" we'd have to say. Care is brilliant both for the residents and relatives. A very chilled out home. Nothing too much trouble. I was very happy mum was placed there. (We didn't choose at the time it was
urgent respite care - then a room came up and she could stay - 3yrs 3months)
10 May 2018
Our mother was a resident in Jubilee Court for nearly five months until she passed away. In that time my sister and I visited several times a week. We were extremely impressed by all the staff and their caring, cheerful attitude. We were always greeted with smiles and the offer of coffee and
biscuits. Mum's face would light up when a member of staff came over to talk to her, she really looked on them as family. The other residents all look happy and content.
There are plenty of activities and the opportunity to go out in a minibus to a destination of their choosing. The premises are clean and tidy but homely.
The food is homecooked and although we never tried it, it looked delicious and wholesome.
All in all our mother was treated with dignity and kindness and at the end with great compassion.

My relative came to Jubilee Court with various health problems, sleeping problems, mobility problems and has rapid onset dementia, so complex needs and is now very frail. Management and staff have improved all of the issues that my relative has so that comfort and quality of life are so much better.
The food is brilliant and homemade. The owners and management obviously want to make the home the best it can be and they are doing just that.
13 September 2017
I have observed the caring attitude of the staff and the respectful way they treat the residents.
Each time I have been to Jubilee Court I have found the home clean and well organised. The food is good and also the activities provided for the residents.
N.B. I have enjoyed attending pantomimes,
garden parties etc.
