My brother really enjoys his stay at Glenmuir, he says it's just like home and all the staff are lovely people.

Glenmuir is a wonderful place. The carers are professional, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and just amazing.
My dad was there only for 4 months, but I knew he was in safe hands. It always felt like he was part of a family, and so did I. Everyone treated him with respect, dignity, kindness, and
humour. The manager and her team are such incredible people, I really can not thank them enough for what they did. He was never alone. Their communication is excellent. Everything was always thought of and anything that needed to be done was done immediately.
Thank you to everyone who works there for taking such thoughtful care of my dad and also me.

My dad has improved so much in the short time he's been at Glenmuir House. I couldn't have asked for better for my dad. Thank you so much to the staff for making him and our family feel so welcome.

A very warm welcoming and loving home.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided at Glenmuir. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff here are not only professional but incredibly friendly, making my gran feel like
part of their family. The facilities are always clean and tidy, creating a comfortable and homely environment. It is evident that each resident receives individualised and loving care, which is truly heartwarming to witness. I can wholeheartedly recommend Glenmuir to anyone seeking a warm, welcoming and loving home for their loved ones.

Glenmuir House; excellent experience for residents, relatives, friends etc. Feel the warm atmosphere on entering the home. All staff are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them, residents and visitors alike. Thank you.

My mother-in-law has been in this care home for 20 months and has been looked after very well. All the staff have been friendly and helped in many ways.

My mother has been at Glenmuir House since February 2022. All the staff are to be commended for their patience, support and fortitude in dealing with her. All care is given with her best interests first and with the greatest of kindness, although she didn't always see it that way! Things have
changed within her in the past couple of months and she is more happy with her lot.

I am very pleased with the care my mother has received at Glenmuir House. The staff are helpful and show a caring attitude. The visitors my mother has had have all mentioned the lovely atmosphere at Glenmuir.

Glenmuir House is a home where my mother felt loved - she felt safe and happy - her needs were always met. Staff always kind and friendly - her room always clean - when I visited my mother I was nearly always offered a hot drink. The support and care I was shown when my mother passed away was
amazing - I would recommend Glenmuir House to anyone.

My father had been a resident for two and a half years before his death there. He was cared for with kindness and respect, as were his family. It really was exceptional.

Mum took up residence at Glenmuir during the covid pandemic and has settled there extremely well. The caring staff have been wonderful during a difficult time and we have nothing but praise for them. Their professional handling of each situation has been exemplary.

My stepmother has mostly been very happy in Glenmuir. She chose to be a resident, and she could not have made a better choice! Her one complaint is the unreliable bell system. I have found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. The manager has been exceptionally supportive and helpful. She is
very approachable and patient. My stepmother has been well cared for in Glenmuir.

My mother was a resident at Glenmuir for about 6 years and always spoke warmly about the staff and the care she received. Strong relationships were formed and she couldn't have been in a better place for the last few years of her life.

Our family has been extremely pleased with how well mum has settled into her new care home. Not being able to visit during the lockdown has been hard but the care and attention of the professional staff has been wonderful and a comfort to us.

My family and I are always welcome. There is always someone to answer any questions that we may have. The staff are happy and very kind so that makes us feel good. The food is so good and varied.
As soon as we arrive, we are given a cup of tea. We receive a phone call if anything happens so as a
family we are more than satisfied.

My Mum, who will be 100 this year, has been a resident of Glenmuir Care Home for the last two and a half years and I can honestly say she is very happy with her stay there.
The staff take excellent care of her and make our lives easier as well as Mums. It was a worry when we had to move her to a
care home after living in the same house for nearly 70 years but she settled in very quickly and has never wanted to live anywhere else from the day she arrived.
