My son is very happy in his safe secure, cosy home at Marlborough Lodge. He is always treated with respect and dignity by the staff. The home is exceptionally well run. He is perfectly matched with her key worker, who has worked miracles with my sons challenging behaviours using love, respect and
fun to build trust. I feel reassured knowing he in such a caring and supportive environment and I'm truly grateful to all the staff for the difference they've made to his life.

I have enjoyed everything that I do at Marlborough Lodge, staff support me with all my outside activities and the care is provided with expert additions.

My son has lived at Marlborough Lodge for 16 years, the staff are very knowledgeable with his individual needs and support him to have an active life. Staff update me weekly on his progress my son is very settled at Marlborough Lodge.

My son has lived at Marlborough Lodge for many years now and is totally secure and content thanks to the compassionate and caring work of the care team under the direction of a superb manager. He is supported at all times to fulfil his commitments outside the home with other organisations, and also
sporting venues in order to maintain his fitness, all of which are very important to him.
It is fair to say that previous home placements have sadly broken down after a year or two and it is so heartwarming to know that my son now experiences a level of care seemingly available in only a small number of establishments, for which his family are immensely grateful. I have no hesitation in identifying Marlborough Lodge as an outstanding example of care coupled with compassion and kindness.

A very happy place. Had gone to a lot of trouble to arrange a surprise 50th Birthday party for a resident.
Welcoming and friendly. Other residents felt able to mingle/take part in the party and it was good to get to know them.

My wife and I recently attended a surprise birthday lunch for one of the residents. We were warmly welcomed by the staff members and others and enjoyed an excellent lunch with the resident and the resident's parents. Clearly, the resident is very happy at Marlborough Lodge, and the care received is
much appreciated by the resident and close family.

Marlborough Lodge is a lovely safe home for my son. He's been looked after so well by lovely staff. My son is so much better since he's been there.

Marlborough Lodge care home staff are very friendly and meet my grandsons needs very well.
The care home is clean, fresh and always welcoming to me and my family at all times. If I telephone them they always update me and contact me if needed. Lovely place couldn't find another like it.

All the staff and residents at Marlborough Lodge are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The manager is fantastic and this is reflected by the way that the staff and residents are. My family and I are rest assured that my daughter is in safe hands. My family and I also feel that staff and
residents are an extended family to us. The work the manager and staff have reflected in boxes below.
