My father-in-law has been at Whitebriars for about three and a half years, and I can honestly say he is extremely well looked after. My husband and I never have to worry about him. He always has a smile on his face when we visit, and he enjoys the trips they take him on. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the care they show every resident is wonderful. The activities they provide have brought out a side of him I never expected to see, and he absolutely loves taking part.
Dad is very well cared for at Whitebrairs. Cannot fault it. Alicia and her staff are all very friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble for them all. I have 100% confidence in the home and Dad is very happy there. Dad is always out on daytrips and plenty of things going on in the home every day. The communication from all the staff is excellent and I am kept well informed at all times. A superb care home.
My Uncle is being so well looked after by the wonderful team at Whitebriers. We were worried about him being in a home but he loves it! Regular trips out and fantastic food and care. Thank you team 'coast care' Sales Family x
Whitebriars always provide fantastic care, paired with kindness. The staff are amazing, and always go one step beyond to assist all residents! The activities and days are stand out elements of this care home.
We always find the staff friendly and helpful The home is always very clean and tidy and the residents are well looked after. Lots of activities in house and outside visits. We have had relatives in other care homes and none compare to Whitebriars.
My brother has now been a resident of "Whitebriars" for over 3 years. Management and staff have been amazing. Always courteous and willing to respond to any questions, suggestions. The frequent minibus trips really get a positive reaction and often note one-on-one attention to the less mobile residents along with lots of activities in the 'common/activity areas'
We have been visiting Whitebriars for a few years now and always found the staff very friendly. There are always activities for the residents and lovely outings. We are amazed at just how much you all do for the residents to keep them occupied and happy. Well done all of you.
Whitebriars is a very 'caring' home with 'wonderful' staff who treat every resident with individual respect and 'special' care.
Mum has been here since around June 2021. In that time she has had a great time! Been involved in events like going to the seafront for ice cream, having her hair and nails done, being taken to the holiday home and even an outdoor event with live music for the coronation. She has made some great friends too. She is always looked after and has lived a more full life than she did when she lived outside still and was out and about. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating when I’ve visited or keeping me up to date with how mum is etc. very pleased overall. Thank you!
My father-in-law was at Whitebriars for over 5 years. The staff were always caring, attentive and always put my father-in-law at ease. They communicated well with us and made his days the best he could have with his medical conditions. Thank you so much.
Since being at Whitebriars, my mum has received excellent care. I have found the home to be very clean and there are always some activities going on.
I cannot fault the wonderful Whitebriar's Care Home. Since the sad passing of my mother a year ago (who also resided there), they have looked after my father, who suffers from dementia. All of the team are extremely friendly and the care he receives is second to none. There are many activities each week along with trips out, which he really enjoys. I am always impressed when I visit, and it is very comforting to know that my father is so very well looked after. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this home to anybody.
My mother has lived at Whitebriers for 7 weeks now and has settled in very quickly. Her social interaction with her neighbours and new friends is far greater than where she was living before. The staff at Whitebriers are so attentive to her every need. Such humour and understanding from not only the care staff but the support staff as well. I cannot recommend Whitbriers highly enough. This isn’t so much a care home but a home that cares. We consider ourselves to be extremely lucky to have found Whitebriers.
The staff at Whitebriars are always friendly and polite. They engage well with the residents and provide different activities for them. The staff are attentive to the individual needs of the residents and I've noticed they are often laughing with them. Visitors, residents and staff all seem happy and content whilst being made to feel welcome.
Having a parent go to a care home can be a daunting moment for both parent and children. Since my father went to live at Whitebriars, they have made the move effortless. Father seems to have settled in and I cannot fault them for their care and patience. Nothing is too much trouble when I call and I can sleep much better at night knowing he is in safe hands with staff that can cater for his needs.
Welcoming, warm and friendly staff - extremely efficient and professional as well as helpful. Parents are very happy with Whitebriars - not only the amazing staff but the activities on offer and the excellent food. Accommodating and a great manager and a wonderful maintenance man.
The home has a such warm welcoming and caring staff. They tend to every need and always have a smile on their face. I would thoroughly recommend this care home to anyone who is in need of some support for a loved one.
Coast Care Homes have gone above and beyond for my great aunty and uncle. As much as it has been so so hard to watch their health be taken by dementia, the difference from when they lived on their own to now, where they live in a well-understood and supported arrangement, they have found a new lease of life and a level of calm/content I haven't seen in years.
Whitebriars Care Home is a fantastic care home. My great-uncle and aunt are so well cared for by the wonderful staff and are encouraged to keep as independent as possible in a safe and loving environment. The day trips and activities that they organise are just brilliant, we cannot fault the team - truly amazing.
