Mum had been at St.Anne's for 2 years and sadly died on Monday 8th June.
During her time at St.Anne's she had been well looked after by some incredible staff. They were patient and kind, nothing was too much trouble. A picky eater, they made great efforts to give her what she wanted and she was
waited hand and foot.
Her room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely bed, what more can you ask for. The managers and owners always stopped to talk when I visited and the carers were very welcoming.
The contact between me and the home was incredible, I was always kept up to date by email and telephone calls so I was able to be involved in her care.
Her final days were peaceful and when she left us at 3.25am, she wasn't alone as someone had sat with her all night.
Thank you St.Anne's with all my heart.

Mum went to St Anne's initially for respite care but decided to stay. That was back in 2017. In all those years
Mum was very happy. The staff were very kind and provided excellent care, made Mum feel at home and provided activities which she greatly enjoyed. Mum loved the garden at St Anne's where
the staff would bring her a cup of tea while she completed the newspaper crossword. St Anne's would hold a garden event in the Summer which brought together both the residents and their families and staff.
As a regular visitor to Mum I always found the home clean and had a fresh ambiance , the staff very polite and caring and made to feel very welcome. Over the years Mum's care was adapted to her needs and the staff would always keep me informed.
Thank you to all the staff who looked after Mum. We as a family miss the regular visits now, Mum bless her passed on 19th September 2025 aged 97.

My mother has recently moved to this care home late April and I wanted to leave feedback on my experience so far.
This care home is lovely and this is mainly due to their amazing staff! Every staff member I have met, including the kitchen staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful.
The
care home itself is very homely with a pleasant atmosphere. My mother was moved there from Hospital and it is further away than I would initially want. However, I feel confident leaving her in their care because I know she is safe and well looked after.
I have no hesitation recommending this care home to anyone and I hope my mother stays here long term.
Thank you to all the staff at this wonderful Place. I truly appreciate your effort and care you give to all the residents.
Thank you

St Anne's has been mum's home since August 2022 , so nearly 4 years . In that time she has received amazing care , friendship , and a home from home experience .
The carers are so friendly and attentive to mums needs . The food is great , with a varied menu , and they also cater to specific likes
. Activities are run almost daily , with a variety of experiences such as exercises , film afternoons , craft , music , tea & cake in the garden , and there's any excuse for a party .
The home is always clean , with fresh towels replaced daily in each room .
If there has any been a health issue with mum , the home will always inform me , and are quick to contact the GP for advice .
The staff have always been very kind to our family , being very approachable , and if I have raised a concern it has always been dealt with immediately .
If I had to choose a care home again , I would always choose St Anne's

A big thank you to all at St. Anne's for their kindness and care while my Aunt was in the Home.
There was always a warm welcome when entering, a smile and a friendly greeting after a long journey to get there.
There were two lovely Christmas parties I attended which showed how much work went into
the afternoon, and Lena is a treasure finding activities to keep the folk there occupied.
I will miss seeing some familiar faces , who always brightened up my Aunt's stay there.
A Big Thank You to you all.

Mum has been at St Annes for over two years.
All the staff have been caring and responded to her needs as necessary. I feel she is in a safe place. She has been made to feel part of the community and does enjoy taking part in the regular organised actitivies.
As regular visitors, we are happy with
the welcome we recieve and know that should any issues arise the staff will keep the family informed.
I have no hesitation in recommending St Annes as a caring establishment.

This home is a real HOME for it's residents, and the staff treat the residents like they are members of their own families. There is so much love, respect and caring here, that you never feel guilty leaving your loved one behind ...
My family member was very shut down as he had lived alone for
years.
Now, he often goes and joins the other residents to watch the big TV, or to eat lunch in the dining room,or even to play games!
He relishes the beautiful cakes he gets here, as he has a sweet tooth and he loves it when his dog comes to visit.
The dog loves it even more ,as the staff spoil her ,or she is borrowed to go and visit another patient who wants a cuddle...
I cannot recommend this home highly enough for it's great care and thr garden is beautiful.

My Uncle has been at St Ann's for the last 12 months and I can honestly say how caring and helpful the staff have been in looking after all aspects of his needs. He was quite an independent person who has lived on his own for many years, and due to ill heath he was not safe to stay at home. St
Anne's have been wonderful in dealing with him and understanding his character and he has now gone from wanting to isolate himself in his room to occasionally mixing with others, both eating his meals in the dining room to taking part in activities with others. I have never announce when I will be visiting and on ever occasion I have found the home and my uncles room both clean and warm. When my visit has ended I never walk away worried about leaving him in their care.

My Aunt has been at St Ann's for 11 months and we have overall had a very positive experience. The staff have always been extremely welcoming to us as a family and my aunt has settled in brilliantly. She has the odd grumble about the food however she has actually regained weight since moving in
which is wonderful. The residence are often treated to home baked cakes in the afternoon with their tea and they have a wonderful activity coordinator who puts on a full programme of morning and afternoon activities each week to provide them with opportunities to mingle and be active as well as 1-2-1 time. The home is in a stunning setting with beautiful gardens and as a Catholic, my aunt really enjoys the weekly chapel services as well as being brought communion on a Sunday. Management are making continuous improvements which is good to see. The building itself may not be super modern but it is very homely and provides a clean, warm and caring environment. We feel my aunt is very well cared for.

My Aunt has been a resident at St Anne's for over eight years, and I can say with confidence that the care she receives is consistently excellent. The staff are not only professional but also deeply compassionate - they treat her with dignity, patience, and genuine warmth every single day.
Over
the years, I've seen how the team go above and beyond to make her feel at home. They have taken time to understand her needs, preferences, and personality. My Aunt is always encouraged to join in activities, and her wellbeing - both physical, emotional, and spiritual - is clearly a priority.
The home itself is welcoming, with a family atmosphere that makes visiting a pleasure. There are lovely lounges for family events. Communication with me has been open and honest, and I always feel reassured that my Aunt is safe, cared for, and respected.
I am deeply grateful to the team for the dedication they show every day. They have made a huge difference to the quality of my Aunt's life.
