With over 12 years of experience in adult residential care, Nasreen began her journey as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to become Registered Manager. Her path reflects a deep commitment to person-centred care and the belief that every resident deserves to feel respected and valued.

As Nasreen often says, “When I walk through the home each morning, I don’t just see residents, I see familiar faces, stories, and lives that we’re a small part of. That’s what makes this work so meaningful. Caring for others has always been more than just a job for me; it’s something I have built my life around.”

Recently registered with the CQC, she leads the team with warmth and professionalism - ensuring the home not only meets but exceeds care standards. Passionate about developing others, Nasreen takes pride in mentoring her team and championing continuous improvement.

Fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu, Nasreen brings a deep sense of empathy and cultural understanding to her work, helping every resident feel seen, understood, and cared for with dignity.

With over eight years of experience in health and social care, Ashli is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being. Her background in Clinical Nutrition and Health Service Management allows her to take a holistic approach - ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and nutritional needs are met with care and compassion.
