It was August 2020 during Covid when my Mum arrived at Autumn Lodge and how lucky were we to find this friendly & well run home. 5 years on and we all now feel part of a family & I have never had any concerns about anything & have nothing but praise for all concerned.. Everything is done willingly, kindly and with lots of humour on show from the staff who all seem to have a professional ease whether dealing with medical issues, bedtimes or birthdays. The food quality is very good, everything is freshly cooked with a choice of menus - and there is the regular supply of homemade cakes and biscuits. We are now approaching our 6th Christmas and Mum had her 100th here in May and I can't thank Nicky and her staff enough for the care and effort they put into making special occasions 'special'! I know where I'm going when the time comes, happy days.

I remain very happy with the care my grandmother receives at Autumn Lodge Care Home. The manager and team consistently go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable, well cared for, and content. Living with dementia means she needs thoughtful, attentive support, and I feel her individual needs are being met with skill and understanding. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely warm, approachable, and caring, creating a homely environment where residents are valued. It brings me reassurance and peace of mind knowing that my grandmother is safe, well looked after, and enjoying life at Autumn Lodge. I would continue to recommend this care home to anyone seeking a place where their loved ones will be treated with dignity, kindness, and care.

Our Mum has been resident at Autumn Lodge for 4.5 years. During this time, we have found the care & support to be of the highest quality. It is delivered with integrity, compassion, consideration & humour. Mum is now unable to leave the home but she regularly sits in with other residents to enjoy the various activities that happen in the communal lounge. There has always been flexibility for us to visit at any time, bring in food for us to eat with her, or sit with mum when she sits in the dining room. Lots of care is taken to keep her comfortable and any changes in her situation are promptly notified to us, so that we can advise on what we believe she would want. We greatly appreciate the care & support that Nicky & the whole staff team give.

An amazing home that has looked after my mother for over four years with great care and compassion. The whole team is very professional, and performed an excellent service looking after my mother who had dementia. We were very happy with the care Autumn Lodge provided, and would not hesitate in recommending the home to anyone considering a home.

When arriving at the home we are always greeted by friendly staff. We then go into my relative's room to see them. This is always clean and tidy. My relative is also clean and presentable too. The staff are always kind, thoughtful and understanding. My relative is very happy to be there and cared for. It is always a nice feeling that we come away and know that he is in good hands.

My father has been in Autumn Lodge Care Home for 2 years He is being very well looked after by everyone who works there. The manager always keeps me informed if there are any concerns with my father. I would highly recommend this care home.

My Dad was a resident at Autumn Lodge for just over 3 months before he passed away. Throughout his time there, he was cared for exceptionally well by all the lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff went above and beyond to help my Dad. Autumn Lodge is not just a care home, it's a home away from home. The warm and inviting atmosphere, along with the staff's dedication to treating the residents like they are members of their own families, creates a comforting and homely environment. The facility is always spotlessly clean and fresh, a testament to the staff's dedication to maintaining a comfortable environment. The food choices and quality are excellent, all home-cooked, and I even had the pleasure of sharing a meal with my Dad during one of my visits. The Manager is amazing. She was always on hand if we had questions and kept us updated on Dad's care. She attended Dad's funeral, along with the deputy Manager, which was lovely. I highly recommend Autumn Lodge

The staff at Autumn Lodge are absolutely fantastic, a warm, welcoming family, always happy, relaxed, and full of fun and laughter. The support the staff gives to residents and members of the family is exceptional. They take the best care of the resident's individual needs and requirements. As a visitor, I am always welcome at any time. Visitors are welcome to join the activities which are varied and fun. The food is superb and any special requests are catered for. The home is always clean and fresh with excellent housekeeping. If I ever need to speak with the management team, they are always quickly responsive and helpful. If any issues arise, I am promptly informed and kept up to date. I cannot speak highly enough of the caring, considerate staff at Autumn Lodge, I would recommend the Lodge to anyone looking for residential care in the area.

My mother was a resident from June 2019 until she died on 31st July 2024 and was very happy with her care. The food is excellent, the home is always clean and tidy and the staff is very respectful to residents and welcoming to visitors. Residents are encouraged to join in with activities and, although latterly Mum was unable to walk, staff made sure she was able to attend whenever she wanted to. I have given 5 stars to every aspect of the home. Thank you to The management and all the staff.

My mother's ongoing care is of a high standard all around. The staff are really lovely, caring, and friendly, and there is nothing they will not do for my mum. There is fresh food brought in, and cooked, every day for the residents. This is not the case in a lot of homes I have been familiar with. Everything is most satisfactory. My mum has thrived since she moved in and appreciates how much she is valued as an elderly lady.

The staff are always pleasant and make me feel welcome. I've had the pleasure of lunch on occasion and it is always of a high standard. The home seems well lead and there is always some kind of entertainment going on. I like the little extra touches such as an ice-cream van. My dad loves watching football and has bought beer so he can enjoy a cold one whilst watching the game. I would highly recommend this home and am very pleased with the care my dad receives.

Exceptional service, staff very professional but warm and friendly. Catering is spot on very wide and varied menu choices and quality dishes. The chefs took great care in the choice of food, and special requests are always met. There is encouragement to join in with other residents and activities and visitors are made to feel welcome at any time of the day!

On every visit to my friend, the home is spotless, smells fresh and I am always greeted by friendly and approachable staff. It is evident of the high care they provide by the approach you hear the staff have to all residents at all times, how my friend is always well presented, his room always clean, and how he speaks highly of the staff. There is always a happy and calming atmosphere and you can always hear laughter both from residents and staff. The home presents a family-orientated feel and I truly believe the staff care for the residents as if they were their own family. The manager is knowledgeable and knows everything that is going on within the home, showing it is a well-run home by a caring individual. I could not recommend this home more!

My Dad has been at Autumn Lodge since late December 2022 and we have been extremely pleased with the way he is cared for. All of the staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. Dad is very well settled in the home and has excellent interaction with all the members of staff who take wonderful care. All of our interactions with the management have been 1st class and we are kept informed of Dad's health as necessary. I cannot rate Autumn Lodge high enough, they are an excellent home with an outstanding, caring and thoughtful staff. I have no hesitations in recommending Autumn Lodge to anyone looking for residential care in the Bognor Regis area.

Wonderful small home. Friendly and the staff are always polite and helpful. Very caring and support the needs of the service users very well. The home is clean and tidy and the food is amazing, lots of choice, and dietary requirements are met. They provide good entertainment every week. The manager and the staff do a very good job of keeping home running smoothly and the service users are very happy there.

Mum has felt very at home at Autumn Lodge. She enjoys seeing all the staff and they are very good at catering to her particular needs. She no longer feels lonely and anxious and enjoys her quiet days with human interaction. The senior management are outstanding and very hands-on. It is always very easy and quick to sort out any issues.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The care provided is first class and there are many activities to participate in if required.

The dedication, care and love that the staff showed to my father went beyond the call of duty, Nothing was too much trouble even when his condition worsened without hesitation I would recommend Autumn Lodge. The food was wonderful and the activities were varied and fun, especially when the alpacas came in. Dad's room was spacious and clean and safety measures were taken very seriously. It is a very well-led, professional outfit. For an independent care home, it pinches well above its weight. All who work there, whether care assistant, cook or cleaners are an absolute credit to their profession.

My family and I were signposted to Autumn Lodge this summer as we were looking for a fabulous care home for our father who has dementia. When we visited ahead of Dad's arrival, we thought there was a lovely, homely feel, the residents looked happy and there were lots of activities on offer. Dad's room was also super. My father arrived at Autumn Lodge quite poorly and was so brave as he was moving from his own home environment where he had lived independently on his own for such a long time. Autumn Lodge gave my Dad a real chance and with their kindness, expertise, and real person-centred care, Dad was nursed back to good health. The Team at Autumn Lodge has all made a huge difference to Dad's recovery and well-being, including the resident dogs, which Dad adores. The Manager is so approachable and responsive, and her Team speaks very highly of her. I don't think words can convey how grateful we are for Autumn Lodge and 5 stars just doesn't seem enough for such an outstanding service.
