Avon Manor is a remarkable and exceptional home in every sense. Their compassion and care to the residents is outstanding. The cleanliness, the food, all outstanding. Also, the creativity, therapy, The love and warmth from staff as you enter the home is very comforting, as when you leave, knowing your loved one is safe and well cared for. I can only express my admiration and gratitude.

Avon Manor is absolutely the best care home ever. Their care and love for my mum has been outstanding. The staff are wonderful, and I thank our lucky stars that she came to live at Avon Manor.

Brilliant place. Happy residents. Lovely genuine atmosphere, always keeping busy with activities. It's a lovely place knowing your family loved ones are taken care of. Staff are great.

Fantastic staff, wonderful facilities, caring, clean, I can't think of anything to say to improve the home. Makes me and my family so happy to see Bob so happy and content. The staff definitely go the 'extra mile' for my dear friend.

I cannot thank and praise the team at Avon Manor enough for all they do for my sister and the other residents. It is a very happy, warm, inviting and friendly home environment. The staff go above and beyond with everything they do with such love and warmth to the finest detail. The amount and range of activities that is organised and carried out is second to none. I cannot speak highly enough of Avon Manor and their amazing staff.

Avon Manor truly cares for the well being of their residents, going above and beyond to ensure that their residents are comfortable and happy. They have given Mum budgies in her room, as Mum had birds growing up. Mum has had to spend a long time in her bed recently and they have provided great joy and comfort to her. Although Mum had been in her room the staff ensure that Mum is included in any activities or visits. One recent visit saw Mum singing along to a clarinet player. The love, care and attention Mum has received here is exemplary.

At a time of utter chaos and bleakness, my wife went into Avon Manor. She has now been there for 5 years. I am unable to adequately put into words my feelings about the home, as I do not have any criticisms of the way she has been treated and looked after. It is the complete package in every way with superb care and mental stimulation, and it leaves me knowing that she is in the best possible place. Thank you all at Avon Manor for what you do and achieve.

We are so pleased with the level of care, compassion and support given to our Mum. She arrived at Avon Manor in December 2024 and has settled into her new home so well. The staff are absolutely amazing, residents are kept really busy with a great variety of activities on offer throughout the week, which helps to enrich their lives. We are so grateful for all the care that Mum receives at Avon Manor, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families.

Since my mother-in-law has come into Avon Manor. She has improved immensely she is well looked after cared for the staff being very friendly very helpful and very caring. always very friendly to visitors and patients. Nothing is too much trouble.

Avon Manor is a wonderful place should you be trying to make the oh so difficult decision to move a loved one into care. 'The Manor' is a real Family, providing love , laughter and entertainment every day. It is such a stimulating environment and I am convinced helps keep all the residents on an even plane, ensuring they retain both dignity and a precious piece what makes them the person you know and love. The staffing levels are noticeably significant ensuring that there is always a carer on hand, to help and encourage the residents. Kindness is the key ingredient and this is delivered 24/7. Residents are often found out and about on outings that suit their own special needs and are not confined to the home environment. I always get the feeling I have been somewhere special when I visit never leaving anxious and steadfast that the decision was made for the very best reasons and in the interest of my dear Mother in Law who continues to thrive and get the most out of her experience.

Dad has been in Avon Manor for over 2 years and it is wonderful to see how happy he is. There is always something going on to keep him occupied. All the staff are amazing and we know he is in a caring and safe environment.

Avon Manor is an excellent care home. The staff were very friendly and attentive. My father said he liked it there and it was a shame that he was unable to stay for longer. I'm sure he would have continued to have terrific support.

Avon Manor Is the best Care home in the area, I am so lucky that my mum is there, the staff are very attentive and caring. Treating my mum with great dignity. They do their best to make sure she is included in the activities but also respect her privacy.

Dad has been at Avon Manor for 3 1/2 years now. He has ways had outstanding care. He is very happy there. The social media posts are greatly reassuring to myself and family as everyone always looks so happy. Friends often comment on how well dad looks and we'll looked after. He has never asked to go home from the moment he went in there. The entertainment put on for them is so engaging and trys to involve everyone. The staff are amazing and always happy to help. Couldn't recommend Avon Manor highly enough and I often do.

My Dad moved into Avon Manor in the middle of Feb 2025. In that time the manager and all staff could not have been more approachable or friendly. They have always taken the time to talk to me about concerns and my Dad's ongoing care. They are flexible and completely focused on keeping him safe and comfortable. So far I am extremely impressed with the facilities and the level of service provided.

Our dad suffers from dementia and had reached a stage where he needed full time care. We secured a place for him at Avon Manor, and we have been so pleased with the level of care, respect and engagement that all of the staff provide dad. They work very hard to make it the best possible environment. It is not easy but the team are caring, fun, and keep dad happy and entertained with a regular set of activities from singing and dancing to celebrations on significant days like Easter or St Patrick's Day. Dad is very happy, which makes us happy.

My mother-in-law has been at Avon Manor since October 2024, she has been very well cared for, the carers are very good, nothing is too much trouble. I am regularly kept up-to-date regarding all aspects of her care.

I cannot praise the quality of care that this care home provides enough. Having to move my father into full time care was a very difficult decision. We tried two other care homes more local to where the family lives, one with an outstanding CQC rating, but neither were able to provide the care my father so desperately needed and he became very withdrawn and unhappy. Avon Manor were literally life savers, and I was even able to take him for day visits before moving him in. Since arriving last year, they really took time to get to know and understand him, and we are now so very lucky that he is back to being his happy, gentle and kind self. The team genuinely care about their residents, include them in all decisions and discussions, are gentle, patient and very kind and go way and above in order to provide person centred care for each of their residents. For the first time since his diagnosis nearly 10 years ago, I can finally relax and know he is being truly looked after.

We are extremely happy that our Aunt is a resident at Avon Manor. She has been here for five years now. We have complete confidence in the care that she receives. We are always contacted with any concerns. The staff have been very supportive and accommodating in dealing with both her needs and some difficult circumstances we have had. All the staff we have encountered from the management to the care staff have always been friendly, welcoming and kind. We have always enjoyed the events that Avon Manor put on for families and residents and love seeing the fun the residents have every week via photographs on social media. We would definitely recommend Avon Manor.

Avon Manor is a wonderful place should you be trying to make the oh so difficult decision to move a loved one into care. Dad has been in Avon Manor for over 2 years and it is wonderful to see how happy he is. There is always something going on to keep him occupied. All the staff are amazing and we know he is in a caring and safe environment.
